M.S. European

Mike and Sue are great! We live in Berkeley, but drive our car down to MS European since Mike is so thorough and great at his work and we trust him. We recently brought our old Mercedes 300D that was having transmission issues to another highly rated mechanic in Berkeley and were told that we would need to change the whole transmission out (a couple of thousand of dollars). We got a second opinion from Mike who realized it could be addressed with a $150 repair. Mike is a Master Mechanic and does the work himself, which is another reason I love this place. I found in other places even if the head of the shop is quite experienced, a lot of the work will be done by less experienced staff.

A BMW Shop you can trust: If you need an honest, skillful BMW Tech, I found the shop. I have been so grateful I found M.S. European. They have always treated me fair and upfront on all bills and repairs. They work on my car like it is their own vehicle. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible. Mike and Sue are two people I truly trust with my car, and I don’t trust very many people with my 530i.

Mike and Sue always take such great care of my car and moving me in and out of the shop. Their prices are the best in the Bay Area for Mercedes service work. There is no job that Mike has not done. I went from dealer prices to their prices and have never looked back. He always keeps the old replaced parts whether or not I want to see them and he always presents them to me. MS has saved me thousands of dollars. On my first service for major motor mount issues and other service the dealer wanted 4300 their price was 1300. Need I say more?:)) Steve

I have been a customer with Sue and Mike from MS European since 1999. I have a C280 Mercedes and it runs amazing. I trust Mike and Sue and they have been so gracious and helpful when explaining what might be wrong with the car and what my options are. Their prices are amazing - I never feel over charged nor will they do unnecessary maintenance. I really can't say enough good things about MS European. I also do not write reviews this is actually my first but I had to let customers know that you will be in excellent hands with the professionalism of MS European. Safe Driving

Recently found MS European and took our 2001 MB E320 to see if they could trouble shoot 2 annoying problems. Check Engine and ABS lights Over the 18 years we have tried 4 other Mercedes specialists as well as the dealer. All found ways to turn basic repairs into major and costly projects. We immediately felt comfortable with Mike and Sue. They seem to take a personal interest in our problem and were determined to make it right. They found and corrected what other so called experts failed to do. Turned out to be minor and affordable repairs. That was a totally new experience. We were very close to selling this car and moving on. Now that we have MS European on our side we’ve decided to keep the car.
