Update: I dropped off my RV on Black Friday and am still just as impressed with MRW as I was prior to having the work done....they lived up to their reputation and then some! I really appreciate the honesty, up front pricing, and quality of service that I experienced. It's so nice to find a shop that knows what they're doing, charges a fair price, and communicates so well! I'll be back for sure! Have had several phone and email conversations with Vimce from MRW up to this point and they know what they're talking about and what they're doing. I'll be brining my vehicle here for repairs and Maintenance for sure!

Had to call first thing in the morning for Roadside Assistance as I had one of our trucks on the side of I-88 E. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Road Tech called, fixed the problem right away and my driver is back on the road! Very friendly, timely, and efficient! Would definitely recommend! Thank you MRW!!!

I went to MRW on 01/20/21 beause I was having a problem with my Fifth wheel on my Freightliner. I called and spoke with Brian who stated they could take a look at it same day. Once I arrived I was checked in and was immediately put in a bay. The mechanic, Jeff found the problem immediately and of course repaired the issue!! I was out the door within an hour!!! I had been at a repair shop earlier that day and was told my Fifth wheel would need to be rebuilt....even though I had it rebuilt in October!! That didn't sound right so I googled repair shops and found MRW. I am so happy I did!!! They were extremely professional, prompt, efficient and HONEST!!! Thanks for a great job Jeff and MRW!!!
