Brought my truck in on March 20th, 2023, knowing that it would be at least a week before repairs were done. I got it back on April, 21st, 2023. I was told to call back if things weren't right - twice on May 22, May 25 (was told I'd get a call back) and finally made contact on May 30th. I brought the truck out because the transmission is slipping. After a test drive I was told it's fine, it's the way I'm driving. Now I'm sitting on the the side of I-40 waiting for a tow truck. Not at all happy with lack of communication, being told the way I have driven the last 160k miles was the problem and now the added expense of a tow from Knoxville to Nashville.

Sourcing a part from local part store, that couldn't be used, ***needed to be matched set***Website review, 1 star. Not even a close fit.--- tried to explain why Chinese axle wasn't working and couldn't work, it needed to be paired, in part store description. I was told I was being unreasonable, refund their cost of axle (65% less than I paid them), spoke to like a child, and pushed out the door. No, part wasn't damaged, 90 day return policy....offered me $5 extra if that'd make me happy. Even labor rate went up $15/hr from told when first meeting gentleman. The principle of the matter, is there is a price to pay for your actions...trying to take advantage of the less fortunate.
