Came here recently for the first time because I needed a new alternator. Emerson and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Turn around time was quick and prices were fair. Try paying cash though - I used my credit card and the fee alone was $10 so just a heads up. Nonetheless, I'd recommend coming here. Thank you for all your assistance!

Gonzalo provided excellent customer service! I was in and out quickly—he cleaned my battery cables and the area around the battery, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Zero is the best. I run a mobile mech business and he always helps with information and he knows his stuff. I resell these batteries and they are great! Good warranty and never had a problem. Plus they’re starters/alternators and high quality. Haven’t had a warranty job, meant to last!
