I have so many good things to say about this shop! Having not learned my lesson in Arizona, I continued taking my vehicles to quick lubes :( We were screwed over once again! Luke was so accommodating the day I drove in 10 minutes, before they closed to put the car on a lift. He immediately got the car up on a lift after rushing over from the previous quick lube as they just changed the oil a second time and would not admit fault. Luke and his team found the vehicle to be completely soaked with oil underneath, due to another shop's lack of care. The oil drain plug was mostly cross threaded. Luke, the owner and all of the gentlemen that work as been so honest, trust worthy and fair. I cannot remember the other gentleman's name that wears the grey shirt. However, he also worked on my S80 named ,"Lola" several times and treated my baby with care. We have spent thousands with them already! They treat me and my mom, like we are apart of their own family. I just cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you for treating our babies so well. You will definitely be seeing the pretty red Tesla in the garage, suspension check ups and tire rotations! Thank you very much and God bless, all of you there!!!!!! 🙏

I don't think there is enough good that I can say about Luke and his business! I had a ton of issues, and he helped me out more than I would have thought. He has gained a lifelong customer!!!

Poor communication, poor customer service. I’m disappointed in Luke’s. I got a referral here and my wife’s car had a problem with a headlight assembly about two months before I deployed to the Middle East. I told them I was trying to fix it so my wife wouldn’t have to deal with it after I left since she would have enough on her plate taking care of our family. Long story short, it took a couple weeks before they even ordered the part but they ordered the wrong one. They sent it back and told us they would get the correct part. But more weeks went by and they never even ordered the correct part. They didn’t communicate with us. Finally they told my wife after I deployed that they just weren’t going to fix it and come get our money back since the part they were supposed to order was more expensive than they thought. It took three months for them to figure that out. Maybe others had a good experience here, but mine was very disappointing.
