Friendly people and efficient service. Not incidentally, very convenient for me -- 1,800 metres away, if I71 wasn't there; 4,500 by car. And speaking of car, I knew nothing was going to be cheap when I bought my (second) Audi, but on the whole Luke's pricing is in line with what I'd expect. (I used to do my own oil changes but hated having to deal with the toxic waste afterward, and these days I'm less willing to crawl on my back under a jacked-up car.) I was given a very helpful post-visit summary with detailed notes on the car's future needs -- and the detailing went so far as to double-check Audi's requirements for certain service items, and that check revealed that one of the pending items could be deferred a while longer. Which is always welcome news, and indicated a pleasing attention to detail. During my not-very-long wait, Kelly England came round the corner to find me dumbfounded, elderly and helpless, standing in front of a buzzing coffee machine. "It's out of water," she explained. I'm quite technically minded, so I suppose I'd have worked that out in the end... I wasn't sure which photo to add, so here's a bee drinking honey on the edge of our hot tub.

I brought the Jeep Wrangler (lifted with oversize tires) in for a brake job. Everyone I spoke with from the initial phone call to completion of service couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. After leaving the Jeep off they arranged transportation both ways. Totally great. In a little while they called and told me some other things that needed attention. I was hesitant but the more I thought about it I realized that maybe they were right. The car handled poorly and had other issues that I just attributed to being 6 years old. I agreed to all of their recommendations and in return I got a new Jeep back!!! - at least it feels and drives like it did when it was brand new!!! Worth every penny!! I LOVE my "new" Jeep - I'm now a BIG fan of Luke's. Many thanks to all of you!

Wonderful experience. Got my car in quickly. Kept me up to date on findings and costs. Did not perform services not needed at this time. I have a fiat and it is hard to find places to service and repair them. Jamison was my technician and he was amazing!!! I will return and recommend Luke's to friends and family as well as to all fiat owners.

Do not disclose pricing up front. Will charge you for doing absolute nothing. Brought my car in for a quote, did not hear back from them all day after dropping the car off first thing in the morning. After calling, they finally started to look at my car. Took at least another hour for them to get back to me, only to let me know they wanted to fix a heck of a lot more than I went in requesting them to fix. When I decided not to go forward with service, they charged me $40, after having never disclosed up front that they typically charge that for an inspection fee and claimed they “discount it off the total once they perform a repair” Absolutely unacceptable. You need to be TRANSPARENT and honest, especially if that’s in your motto. They also damaged my steering wheel, as if my waiting to hear back from them for 8 hrs after having a scheduled appointment and trying to take advantage of me wasn’t bad enough. Very unhappy, 0/10 do not recommend.
