Talk about white glove service! Best customer experience I’ve ever had with any company (not just car companies). From the test drive to the at-home delivery of the Lucid Touring, Henry and Nick were outstanding! Hopefully I won’t need to service the car, but if I do, I’m confident these guys will make it as smooth and effortless as possible.

An absolute delight to work with the Lucid team at the Roswell location. Henry in particular is incredibly knowledgeable and patient - such a pleasure to work with him. The location is super convenient, it’s not a sales location or a traditional dealership but they will gladly do a test drive and answer any questions about Lucid. Beautiful cars and best customer service I have ever experienced! They come and pick my car up for service, leave me a loaner car and then deliver my car back to my home. I have owned 2 Tesla’s, and even though they are great cars it seems like their customer service department is always overwhelmed. At Lucid, there is always someone available to help.
