John was my service advisor he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all my questions. They have a small seating area, coffee, and wifi. No lucid merch shop. Got my car in quickly as well. Would recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Lucid. The service team was so friendly and knowledgable. My vehicle was in and out of the shop very quickly and I even got to meet the tech who was very friendly!
