Never had a problem working as a truck driver 12 year’s. First time in a parking lot my trailer seal was broken. I call the police and report this situation. I went inside truck stop to ask for cameras for my future explanation for my company along with police report. They said they didn’t have a camera at that location where I park my truck. So, I went to delivery but they refuse to unload because of a broken seal but the load was fine. If you have big Fat bolt seal just be careful never park your truck and trailer all the way to the left there is an open area downhill that people start coming and breaking seal’s left and right especially night time. Luckily my window was open and I was resting inside my truck. When they cut the seal I heard the noise I stepped out my truck they runaway.Good thing load wasn’t touched at all they only broke the seal.Stuck in California for 3 day’s. Hopefully they will unload me on Monday otherwise I have to bring it back to shipper this load driving back 1400 mile’s to Dallas TX. So much waste of time and no downtime payment, no layover, nothing. Horrible Experience at that Love’s Barstow,CA. The brocker that we book the load is also refusing to pay me lay over because the broken seal is my responsibility. That’s what it’s say’s on a rate confirmation even when I show police report. Horrible Experience, I never gonna stop at that truck stop again. No, security cameras, no security. Truck Drivers had to deal with lot’s of bullshit now this is another one like cherry on top of this cake.

I waited here for six hours just to get an oil change. When I first asked, she told me I had to wait for two hours, but it ended up taking six. Only after I yelled at them did they finally call me for the oil change. And to top it off, they didn’t even have the filters. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at Love’s.

Clean, plenty of fresh choices including pizza, hotdogs, burritos, and hot wings. Friendly and professional staff. Must have a great manager. Use the Loves app to get 10 cents off a gallon. I used it cross country.
