We wish we had taken more photos…this shop, without a doubt, is the BEST body shop around! They fixed our Lexus to better than factory! We love the mirror finish and how well they blended the paint. No orange peel at all…simply amazing! We are strictly mechanical at our shop, and we are proud to work with an A+ collision shop.

I'm really disappointed that I have to write this. I initially had a great experience with this shop, even leaving a glowing review. However, they now refuse to stand behind their work. I was in a vehicle accident almost seven years ago and was recommended this shop by a former co-worker.The person I originally worked with is no longer there working here, and now I can't even get a callback from the owner, who avoids responsibility. Recently, I noticed that the original door trim, which was held on by double-sided tape, started peeling and oxidizing. I decided to use a heat gun to remove it. On the passenger side, everything went smoothly.However, on the driver's side, where LOAB did the repair work, I discovered they had used a very strong adhesive to reattach the trim without consulting me. This wasn't communicated to me at the time. When I tried to remove the trim, it pulled off the paint and clear coat on both doors, leaving noticeable damage (see attached photos).I called LOAB, hoping they would stand behind their work, but each time I asked to speak with the owner, I was told he was too busy to call me back. Instead, the office staff informed me that they would not help, despite this issue being entirely due to their negligence and failure to follow industry standards.I have changed my 5-star review to 1 star because this shop is a scam. After 45 years in business, if they rely on poorly executed work and cutting corners, it's time to reconsider their practices. This negative review could have been avoided if the owner had any integrity and simply returned my call. It's pathetic to have office staff handle the situation instead of addressing it personally.

Stopped by Monday because something was dragging under my car I'd hit a parking stop too many times. They immediately looked at it then fixed it and told me to have a great day no charge. Very friendly and I'll definitely be going back for any body shop needs and I highly recommend them!

Very best customer service, my truck looks great, and they provided me with a LOANER CAR. Saved me about $250/week extra cash. They also cleaned my entire truck, and it was pretty dirty inside and out. (work truck) I would give them 10 stars, if possible!

Just putting this out there, they did a excellent service on repairing my car that was hit, the body work was great, only problem was they forgot to connect some wirings on my left passenger door and every time I tried to locked it, it would not lock. I called them and went to go get it fixed and they work it out and fixed the problem, everything went well although I notice white paint splattered all over my front black grill that was noticeable. I would give you guys a 5 star the communication was great but I just did not enjoy paint splattered in-front of my grill

I had a new grill installed and they did a fantastic job. Not only that, but the actual cost was much less than quoted. They even offered to wash the entire car even though they just installed a grill. Very honest and quality work at a great price.

Best Auto Body shop in SLO County!! They went above and beyond! I am so grateful that they not only have a loner car, but they fixed a couple minor things that were separate from the location on my car getting repaired! 😍They were also able to accommodate me and finished my car before going out of town. Thank you SO much to Daniel and everyone at Los Osos Auto Body!!!
