I come here for all my car services. They are honest and their prices for service are reasonable. When I bought a used car after reading articles on buying used cars and repairs they recommend I made sure I had the money for said repairs as this was an old vehicle. I asked them to do David repairs costing me $2000 after they looked they said I didn't need any of it. They could have taken my 2k and did repairs(or not) but they didn't. Another time dealership said a different vehicle needed $750. After sending vehicle to Preston(owner) he said I didn't need any work done. They check for that kind of thing every oil change. Did I mention they didn't charge me for either visit? I've never met a more honest mechanic. Before you invest in a big repair COME HERE BEFORE YOU DO IT AND SAVE YOURSELF UNNECESSARY EXPENSES. They offer to drive you home when you leave the car and don't charge you for the little things. I WON'T TRUST ANYONE ELSE WITH MY CAR AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

I have known Preston and Nydia for 20+ years. The integrity is 2nd to none. We live in a world where businesses are now thanked for their honesty. As sad as that is, it’s not an issue with Lord’s Auto Care. Same mind set and integrity as when he started his business 45 years ago. Quality repairs, done right the first time and on time. ASE certified technicians is important. No second guessing on repairs, which is a great asset. No over selling or unnecessary repairs made. They also offer a ride to work, to back home. How convenient is that? I am confident enough to recommend him to my family and neighbors. If you’re looking for an honest full-service repair facility, put your fears to rest. Lord’s Auto Care will service all your needs, with a great warranty, and also at a fair price.

The owner and his team fit us in for a quick inspection of a used vehicle we were looking to buy. The mechanic was thorough, honest, and very helpful. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend this business!

UPDATE: About 2 months after I wrote this review, a supposed representative of Lord's Auto contacted my Grandparents to inform them I will be sued for my comments. I called them regarding the matter and after one question their response was "Bye" and hung up. Felt like this could've been handled in a more professional manner. For all intended purposes, my comments and reviews are nothing but my personal experiences that I feel are worth sharing. My grandparents came here to get an engine light looked at. To be fair they ran the code which is fine but they cleared it so now we have no direction to go from there. Then they ran a battery test for some reason believing the 2 were connected. I ran my own test and the battery was great but they said it needed to be replaced for $300!!! That was declined but they ultimately took advantage of my grandparents and charged over $100 for testing that solved nothing. All would’ve been free had they gone to autozone

I've finally found a good mechanic here at Lord's! Preston (the owner) runs the business and is honest, fair priced and goes above and beyond for his customers. I dropped off my car today and didn't have a ride home and his wife just got back and drove me home at no cost. Thanks Preston, highly recommended and will be a customer for life.
