Don't repeat the same experience I went through. This shop is a cheat and a liar in dealing and they install other screws in the tire to make you pay more money. They are just a gang and scum who stole. Please don't repeat the same experience I went through. Thank you. Don’t go there! Once my tire was flat I checked it by myself first before to go to this place and there was one screw on my tire then I went there and showed them a screw! Then I decided to check my other tires to make sure they are ok! Then the worker called me and said that there is another screw on my tire just next to the first one! I was pretty sure that they set that second one up by themselves to just make some extra money! So I had no choice to pay them extra!

Unprofessional Service and Dishonest Practices at Lopez Tire Shop I had a terrible experience at Lopez Tire Shop. I brought my car in to get my existing tire replaced, but instead of handling the job properly, the technician replaced the spare tire with the already worn-out tire. He put the bad tire on the rim, making my situation even worse. Not only did he make my job harder, but it was clear that he was trying to overcharge me for a service I didn’t need and didn’t even fix the actual issue. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a shop that doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes and actively tries to make things more complicated just to get extra money. The technician didn’t even bother to correct the issue when I pointed it out. This kind of dishonesty and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, and I will never return to Lopez Tire Shop again. I highly recommend finding a more reliable and trustworthy place for your tire needs.

UNTRUSTWORTHY!! I went to plug a tire during the days of social distancing, I was sent out while they did the work. When I came back in , they charged me $30 for a plug (the price was $10 back then). The reason they said was cuz it was a big hole and it took them 3 tries to get it in so they are charging me for each attempt. So basically I got charged cuz they couldn’t do their job properly?!?! I don’t even know if that’s true anyway cuz they sent me out. Never went back since.

Very fast service although not with a smile, I changed my tire for over $100 and asked the guy if he can check as well my other tires if it needs more air, he answered that there is a computer in your dashboard where you can check the numbers....

Went there for a punctured tire and received the upmost attention and speedy repair. La Jefa was the sweetest and very professional, and made sure I left content. Wonderful service & highly recommend!
