Needed a tire plugged. Got there and had to wait for a little while in other people's jobs. But got my tire done, on the truck, and I was on my way. Can't beat $10. The place isn't exactly the cleanest tire shop I've ever been to.

Came in and tried to set up a time to have my tires mounted and balanced. They told me to come back in 2 days at 1. I came back and they told me they couldn't do it then and wouldn't be back for a few hours. Came back a day later after calling earlier that morning and them telling me 1:30 would be a good time. I showed up and they didn't come out to talk to me about my tires till 45 minutes later and started working on another person's vehicle instead of mine even though I was there first and previously called to set a time.

This used to be the place to go for all of your tire needs. But after a death in the family. This business is going downhill fast. They aren't open when they are supposed to be and closing early. It's a shame that the original owner spent years building this business and now within a matter of months it will not be in business long with the way it's being ran now.

Went to Logan‘s tires August 6, 2024 to have them check the brakes that they had installed nine months ago.(they are squeaking). I was told that it appears the rotors had not been changed like they were supposed to have been. (One of the services I paid for!!). They told me the man who worked on my car had been fired for stealing and, was no longer there. Because I paid for services that I did not receive, I asked to get an appointment to fix my brakes that I had already paid for to be fixed. I was told by the man in charge that I needed to come back when they were less busy and he refused to give me an appointment stating that he did not know how long the job would take. He didn’t want other customers waiting around while they fix what THEY did to my car. But I’m to come back at a unspecified time or date to stand around hours or even possibly days to wait on business to slow down??? 🤔hmm, “No thank you!” Finally, I did get a $110 refund for the rotors after much unnecessary debate. In conclusion, I ended up having to go someplace else to have problem fixed. “Lesson learned!”

Cousin got there at 8 didn’t leave till 12:30 and they also stripped four of our lug nuts also didn’t have the tire sat on correctly the first tire they did so they had to take it off n do it again. cheap tires but seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. Update:Also gave us one tire the wrong size and fill up two tires to 47 psi of air when the max on them are 40 and the car now pulls to the left n the steering wheel wobbles when u get up to highway speeds.

The quality of used tires at Logan tires is terrible. I had two used tires put on the front of my car and within two days 1 would not hold air and kept going flat and the other one is making a very loud noise and barely has any traction when it’s wet outside. I ended up having to pay another tire shop to put on two brand new tires. The last time I went they charged me $90 for two used tires and they only lasted a month. This will be the last time I go to Logan’s.
