Do not order from here. They take over 10 days to get one part to you, and they keep saying that it is due to being short handed. If you are that short handed, don't take orders you can not fill!!!!!!!! Costing me money!!!!!! This place is a joke!!!

Terrible experience with picking up a part I waited 4 days for and they have no idea where it's at ! No phone number to call front office

Came here to pick up a load. First off there is no shipping office. Just doors that say employee entrance only and visitors report to main office which is locked. Walked up to the will call kiosk and the guy in there was rude and less than helpful. So I decided to wander through the building and see if I could find somebody to make things happen. Ended up running into a super nice young blonde lady who helped me get things figured out. As a local resident that's purchased parts here before it definitely makes me second guess wanting to use them anymore. Do better. 3 stars just for the young lady.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star!! HORRIBLE customer service.. called in to get a part and they say they are only online order and can’t do anything on the phone and to buy it online.. NEVER RECOMMEND
