Lindsay Acura Service Department Strikes Again! Do NOT take your vehicle here for service under any circumstances. I had a previous bad experience with this service department, but I had a complimentary oil change so I decided to give them another shot. Upon taking my car in for standard maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, rim repair) the service men found that my coolant reservoir was not placed in the correct spot - it was apparently located near the exhaust which caused a hole to be burned through my reservoir. The service men informed me of this issue and then said that it would be have to be repaired. I previously had a recall repaired completed at the Acura service center in Dublin a week prior to taking my vehicle in for service today for standard maintenance. It is very odd that apparently my reservoir conveniently had a hole when I have driven MILES - city to city for over a week and no burning smell or leaking coolant was found around the car. Additionally if the reservoir had hole then eventually my car would have overheated at some point within the week of having it serviced at Acura in Dublin. I suspect that at some point during my oil change and multi-point inspection the technician(s) at Lindsay Acura were negligent and moving things they were not supposed to (i.e.putting my cooling reservoir on the a hot engine). Once the service men and George G. alerted me of this issue I told them to replace the reservoir and George said I could schedule and appointment for Thursday or Friday to have the issue repaired. Shortly after being informed I contacted Acura (Dublin location) of where I previously had the vehicle serviced and the service manager graciously handled the solution (i.e. standing behind there quality work and helping me figure out the situation - even driving the necessary part to Lindsay early in the afternoon so the reservoir could be replaced the same day (replacing the reservoir takes less than 1 hr) and I would not have to go back on Thursday or Friday. I KNOW the Lindsay Acura service men were being lazy as they called me a little over an hour before they closed to pick up my vehicle and they did not even replace the reservoir when the required part was dropped off to them early in the afternoon - my vehicle was dropped off at 9am and I was not called to pick it up until 3:50pm and they closed at 5pm that day (New Years Eve). My vehicle was there for over 6 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and rim repair. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I asked George was the reservoir replaced and he said “No” as I have an appointment scheduled for Friday to have it repaired. Additionally, George told me it was “safe” to drive my vehicle home that did not have coolant in it - I asked to speak to his boss and Bob (George’s boss) informed me that the vehicle is not safe to drive. While in conversation George had a very condescending and rude tone. He was definitely trying to cover him and his co-worker(s) during this discussion especially since they were negligent while completing my vehicle’s service. This establishment needs to be investigated especially if they were going to let a customer drive off in a car with no coolant and attempt to blame another service center for their own wrong doing - Lindsay Acura Service Department is dishonest. I am not the only with an awful experience with this service department. Read there Google reviews and even their complaints in the Better Business Bureau website. If you are a women do not come here as they will speak to you in a condescending tone and try to pull a fast one on you - making you pay for something that their service men messed up. I would not to come near this establishment again to purchase or have my vehicle serviced unless I was VERY DESPERATE; truth be told dealing with Lindsay Acura makes me never want to purchase a Honda or Acura product again. Take your vehicle to Acura in Dublin - much better customer service, and HONEST employees.

An amazing experience once again, Lindsay Acura Service is the type of mechanic that truly cares about his customers and their needs. Every question was answered with the receptionist he has such a radiant energy that fills the shop. Prices can vary depending on what you need fixing but every time I get my car back from them it's like brand new!!

I have had nothing but fantastic service here except for one thing. Time management. The workers are very kind except there seems to be no care for other peoples time. If you are quoted a time prepare to wait longer, always. Labor charge is $160 per hour for something added on and not scheduled as well. I was sent a video with suggestions on what to do, yet was not brought up when I was checking out, ex: new tires. More transparency with time and pricing needs to be included. The information is available, just not shared.

The service team did a complete diagnostic on our 2016 Odyssey that was having intermittent electrical issues, including a road test. They found no issues, tightened a battery terminal, and didn't charge me for any of that service. Plus, I was in and out in less than two hours. Very, very satisfied. The peace of mind for my wife when she drives the vehicle is huge for me. Thank you to the entire Lindsay Acura Service team!
