Saudi is a beautiful place , well some.places. The people were friendly and very helpful, even though I didn't speak a word of arabic. Except for hello thank you, and every bad word I can think of. Museum was awesome.

When I came for an inspection I was told I needed new control arms and to make an appointment the day before to get the parts. I made the appointment 2 days in advance and when I came in the receptionist could not find my appointment. Then I was told my quoted price went up 200 dollars because i took too long to come back when it was just a few months. How does inflation happen that fast? Next they tell they still didn't get the part they need to fix the car and to come back at 6. (It is 1pm at this time) On my way home I get a call and I missed it but just minutes later i call back and the woman tells me they just wanted to make sure I got my keys. I come back at 6 as scheduled and get told "we tried to call you." I know. I called back. Anyway they take my car to the back and come back out saying they got the wrong part and I have to come again tomorrow. I'm wasting so much gas coming back and forth just to be given the runaround and a higher price. I'm totally being taken advantage of and clearly their is no communication between the employees doing their job. I've wasted so much time waiting for my car to get fixed just to tell me they can't do it. Lastly the people working their don't even seem to care about the job and don't smile. They make me feel like I'm the problem and like I'm a nuisance. I've been more than patient and nice to them. I don't know why they hate me.

Generally responsive…BUT…had a rear flat on a one year old BMW with Pirellis. Tire center was able to order a replacement same day and had it ready by 2PM. But, surprise was they replaced TWO rear tires, which had NOT been discussed before ordering, not been discussed before need of replacement, not before installing, no reason why. At pickup I was told “you need even wear on tires”, though tires only had 8000 miles on them. Truly felt ripped off! Be forewarned when Les Schwab sells, information is incomplete, and end bill is inflated above original explanations. This is also against the sales creed in the store itself.

Took my car in for a brake inspection. They said brake pads were bad and that roders need to be change among other things I should replace. Next day took my car to Jeffy lube and they told me my brakes and roders were good. Please always get a second opinion if you don't have money to throw alway. Highway robbery smh

Came in for a simple tire rotation and was told that it was going to take about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. I was fine with this when the time kept passing and my car was still outside parked! This Les Schwab used to run quick and they should have people assigned to do simple tasks such as a simple tire rotation. A tire rotation shouldn’t have someone waiting in the lobby for over two hours going on to three!!

I've taken both of our cars for oil changes and other services. They do a great job and are quick about it. Customer service is great too. My 2013 Corolla had air in the brake lines. They fixed it at no additional charge. They also patched a tire with a nail in it and they don't charge for those either. I'll continue to take my vehicles to them.

People were great and changed my oil and all the other fluids as well. Were friendly and helpful and gave me a price on my tires for next time.
