Nothing but the best service every place I’ve been. They got me in and out quick for a bolt in my tire. Location by Toyota had me on a 2.5 hr wait and they were PACKED so I went to the 6th st store. I was in and out almost before I could finish my breakfast. I was on a time crunch and they had me back on the road in about 35 minutes. Another instance I had a gash in my sidewall on I5 going to a funeral in Portland and they had me a new tire in under 15 minutes. Guys are the best, been going here since I was a kid with my parents. Loyal customer for life, always recommend these guys and gals.

Honestly. Bien coming to this location for a good 20 yrs. Always have had a good experiences. Have had brakes done. Batteries changed out. New tires put on.Just got a quote on new shocks since there is a leakage problem. They put out safety, reliability, honesty, dignity through what they doo here. Plus pop corn is awesome! Definitely recommend this facility.

Best customer service I have received in a long time from Chase and Kurt at the North Grants Pass location. Thank you for helping me with the wheels for my Tundra. I definitely recommend coming here if you need new wheels or tires for your vehicle.

I will never bring my car to the les schwab on 6th street in G.P. There service has gone so far down hill since I worked there in the late 90's early early 2000's. The staff member that attended to me was an embarrassment to the company. Not only was he condescending but when I went out to watch him work on my car he put the cable across the work bay stating to me your not aloud in here. Unfortunately I will not go back. Been getting tires there ever since I started driving.

I will never go to any les shawb again. Terrible product and they do not stand by the warranty they claim to stand behind. I've been a customer for over 15 years and never again will I buy les shawb tires.
