Les Schwab Tire Center

Les Schwab knows how to make waiting for your car surprisingly pleasant! From the free popcorn to the phone charging station (which cleverly looks like it’s powered by a car battery), it’s the small, thoughtful touches that really add up. I also like the fact that they give you free tire rotations once you buy your tires from them—definitely a nice bonus. The team is friendly, and the service is always solid. My only gripe is the smell—understandable given it’s a tire shop, but the tire scent is definitely noticeable. That said, the overall experience keeps me coming back!

This is a great tire shop. I have quite a fleet of vehicles and Les Schwab is my tire shop of choice. Their warranty and friendly service are above and beyond.

I called for a tire rotation they said sure bring it in. I drive over 30 mins to be told sure are you going drop it off or wait. I said I'll wait. He said it's going to be 3 or 4 hrs. I said so if I come back in 3 or 4 hours you can do it. He said no we will be closed by then. I hope this can help one person out. Since me and my family have to drive back with my tires wobbly possibly due to tire weights missing or done improper at another les swabs. I paid 8 hundred for Chinese tires figured I'd at least pay for the service. This is my last set from here. Will try costco next set. Thanks for the effort. This review was deserved.

Customer beware: they do not swap tires if not purchased through them (technically, they simply won't honor appointments, but the result is the same if you need predictability in your life). I used to be a regular at the Les Schwab Tire Center in San Carlos and never had this problem, unfortunately that location closed down. Three stars because the employee with whom I spoke was polite.

I would not recommend for oil changes at this time. I was hoping to find a one-stop shop for oil changes/tire rotation and safety checks. Had such a great experience with purchasing tires from their Livermore location, decided to give Fremont a try since it’s closer to home. Made an appointment that I was 20 mins late for, but called ahead of time to let them know. Two hours later, I was one of the last customers waiting to retrieve my car. Ryan and the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and accepted my feedback about my experience. However, I would recommend to the staff, when there are delays, to approach the customer and communicate rather than the customer needing to check in. Also, the safety inspection was emailed to me and was not gone over with in person. Likely due to my visible dissatisfaction. But communicating more with customers while in the store can go a long way.

Maaaan i can't say enough good things about Les Schwab tire. I've been there twice, the one in atwater and now this morning in Fremont with a slight emergency. I can't believe the level of professionalism and courtesy these guys provide. Talk about above and beyond expectations, not only did they help me with the issues I was having they went ahead and fixed some other things they noticed. Extremely rare for a company at least in my experience to provide this level of service. The knowledge and support....let's just say I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER TIRE SHOP. Ever. If you're not going there your losing out. 5 star service hands down. Whoever owns this company i commend you. Thank you for taking care of me. Highly recommend.

The best Tire Center in East Bay. They fixed the tires on my Tesla. Extremely professional and curtious service. I didn't have an appointment. they still fixed tires on my Tesla. Thank you Dakota and Anthony for the speedy service!

BEWARE WHEEL ALIGNMENTS - FREMONT LOCATION. Keep in mind I’m a Les Schwab fan. If you are in need of a wheel alignment go to another Les Schwab location. I called Friday to get a quote on a 2023 Tesla Model Y, they quoted me $135. Today (Monday) I drive 30 minutes to drop off my vehicle and the guy at the counter takes my info & never mentions anything about the price. I saw it quickly flash on the signature screen before he switched it to ask me to sign for drop off. I then ask him how much it was and he told me $270. I told him that I called Friday etc etc and he told me Teslas require extra work so they’re charging an additional hour of labor. I only use Les Schwab for all of my oil change, tire, and alignment needs which is why I made the 30 minute commute. This was my first time at this particular location as I just moved to the Bay Area. I called another Les Schwab location and explained to them what happened. They told me it should only be the $135. The only way they should charge an extra hour of labor is if something crazy is going on like one of the arms needing adjustment. I call back the Fremont location and explain to them the phone call I had with the other location. They told me the price is what it is at that particular location for Teslas. Please do your due diligence and make sure you’re paying the price you were quoted before you leave.

Shawn and Ryan did an amazing job in helping me. They replaced my tires and fixed my TPMS. They also assisted me in other things that were not their job duties: license plate, free services, and so forth. Les Schwab Tires is the place to go for all tire services. Thank you.

I had a nail in my tire. I gave them a call they said just bring it over and they would patch it for free. Didn't take them long to take it in the shop. They patched it. They got it out to me. They were professional and quick. It was great.
