DO GO HERE! Accidents are stressful enough without having to worry about the repair process. Thankfully, everyone we worked with at Lenny's Collision Center made things easy and they were so kind. They tracked down all the original parts needed for our 2012 car, completed the repairs quickly, and the car looks fantastic. Even though our vehicle is older, they took the time to make sure we were happy. Hopefully we won’t need their services again anytime soon, but accidents happen and it’s a relief knowing we have a go-to place if we do. Thanks again guys!

I had to get my car repaired after an accident. I brought it here off a recommendation and I’m glad I did! I appreciate all of the work and time you put into my car!! Called this shop after I got in an accident in my truck. Decided to take it into them because they said it would be an 8 day repair and I was out-of-pocket for a rental. After several calls and updated deadlines passed, 3 and a half weeks later, I finally get my truck back. Everything looked good but 2 days later a check engine light comes on (first time my truck ever had a light) and I notice the headlights wouldn't shut off. I called back and explained what the light was and I was told to bring it back in. I expressed that the o2 sensor code came up and insurance said they would cover it. Luke also said o2 sensor would be covered while I was there so i was hopeful it will be resolved. Lenny's does their diagnosis and says if it's the o2 sensor they'll handle it. As far as the lights, he said it was unplugged and it should work now. Instead of waiting for the print out of the codes, he said he'd call me and let me know the next step. On my way home the check engine light came back on and the headlights still won't shut off. After not hearing anything for a week, I called and he said "it's a completely different sensor and wouldn't be covered". Completely different outcome than he told me in person. This week, I changed the $160 oil pressure switch he said it was (even though every scan I had done told me o2 sensor) and 20 minutes after resetting it the same bank 2 o2 sensor code came up. So I wasted $160 on a sensor that he swore it was for nothing and still need to fix what I told him it was from the beginning and what insurance said they'd cover. Luke was nice enough but it was obvious he was just telling me what I wanted to hear and kick the can Down the road. There were more annoying issues that I won't get too much into but one of their policies are "they have to replace everything that is in the quote" (Instead of changing the whole tailgate, I thought I could live with the little ding and thought maybe I wouldn't get that fixed to offset some of the $1200 extra the rental cost me because it took so much longer than he said). That's not how insurance works. My underwriter said i can get all or not of it repaired but insurance pays out regardless. It just happened to be Lenny's "policy" to make as much money as possible. The repair was already $6k more to have Lenny's do it than the price the insurance thought it would cost. I wouldn't recommend Lenny's or any other of the big corporate repair shops. Find a small business that won't tell you what you want to hear to get your business or that has policies that essentially are to make them make as much money off you as possible. Again, Luke was very nice and cordial and my main issue is with the business model but in hindsight, I can tell he was trained to tell you what you want to hear for your business. Do yourself a favor and go to a small, Family owned, shop.

Someone hit my car while I was parked in a parking deck last month, right before I would be driving this very car for vacation. Lennys was great to work with, they allowed me to drop off my car a few days early, and had a rental cars waiting for me to make sure I was set for my vacation. I just got back and picked my car back up, it looks better than before it was hit! 10/10 job by the team at Lennys, have already recommended them to two family members who’ve been hit in the last couple weeks- crazy drivers these days!
