This is very very honest. My family has gone here for 10+ years. I have taken my 2004 Jeep liberty out there twice and it is still broken. The first time they sent me to a welder before they could work on it, then I went to them and when I got the car back it still had the burning smell and loud noise when I got it back. I took it back 2 or 3 weeks later and told them the issues were still happening. They called and told me what they thought it was, I had them "fix" it and now I have it back and it STILL smells like a burning rubber smell and loud humming in the highway. I am a very cautious driver and try to take very good care of my vehicles. I will not be returning for a third time to get my car back with the same problem still. I also had a Buick Century before and has the same issue. I would get the car back with the same problems. I don't know how other people rave about this business because I have always been dissatisfied. The only reason I have 2 stars and not 1 was because they do have very good prices but what's the point if you have to take it out there multiple times for one problem?
