Lazydays RV of Tampa Service Center Introduce

Lazydays RV of Tampa Service Center, located at 6130 Lazy Days Blvd, Seffner, FL 33584, USA, stands as a prominent destination for RV owners seeking a wide array of services and parts. As a dedicated Auto Repair Station within the platform category, it specializes in the comprehensive needs of recreational vehicles, ranging from routine maintenance to complex body repairs and parts acquisition. This facility aims to be a one-stop shop for RV enthusiasts, ensuring their vehicles are well-maintained and road-ready. You can reach them by phone at (813) 851-0224 or mobile at +1 813-851-0224.

The service center operates within a sprawling complex that is designed to cater specifically to the unique demands of RVs. While specific details about the interior environment aren't extensively detailed in available information, it's typical for facilities of this stature to feature expansive service bays capable of accommodating large motorhomes and travel trailers, along with dedicated areas for parts storage and customer reception. The exterior environment likely reflects a professional and organized approach, with ample parking for RVs awaiting service or pickup. Given the nature of RV ownership, a comfortable waiting area for customers, potentially with amenities, would be expected, although not explicitly mentioned in the provided data. The overall impression is one of a professional and well-equipped establishment, tailored to the scale and complexity of RV servicing.

Lazydays RV of Tampa Service Center offers a broad spectrum of services tailored to recreational vehicles. These services encompass general maintenance, addressing common wear and tear, and ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of RVs. A significant aspect of their offering is the body shop repair service. This is particularly crucial for RV owners who may experience accidental damage, as demonstrated by a customer review highlighting the center's capability to handle significant body repairs following a collision. The center also provides access to a vast inventory of auto parts specifically for RVs, making it convenient for owners to find replacements or upgrades. Whether it's a routine oil change, tire rotation, appliance repair, or more intricate structural work, the center strives to provide comprehensive solutions. The emphasis on having parts in stock before scheduling repairs, as noted in a customer experience, indicates an effort to streamline the repair process and minimize downtime for RV owners.

One of the key features of Lazydays RV of Tampa Service Center is its commitment to customer service and efficient repair processes, at least in some instances. The positive feedback highlights individuals like Lori Thompson and her team in the service center who are lauded for their dedication and proactive communication. This team successfully managed the complexities of scheduling a major body repair, coordinating with insurance, and ensuring all necessary parts were available. Such personalized attention and effective project management are significant features that contribute to a positive customer experience, especially when dealing with the often-stressful nature of RV repairs. The ability to handle insurance issues and keep customers informed throughout the process is a valuable asset. Furthermore, the specialized nature of RV repairs means that technicians likely possess specific expertise and training in RV systems, from engines and chassis to plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, distinguishing them from general automotive repair shops. The availability of a dedicated body shop is also a specialized feature, as not all auto repair stations have the facilities or expertise to handle the unique construction of RV bodies.

However, it is important to provide an objective introduction, and customer experiences can vary. While positive experiences praise proactive communication and effective repair management, another review highlights significant concerns regarding the quality of work for specific repairs. One customer reported a critical brake issue where their RV brakes were improperly wired to the vehicle's headlamps, leading to the brakes engaging automatically with the headlights, causing severe damage and safety hazards. This incident resulted in a dangerous driving situation, requiring immediate roadside intervention. The customer also noted unsecured wiring under the truck, leading to further safety concerns. This particular experience indicates that, while some departments or individuals may excel, inconsistencies in the quality of workmanship can occur. The subsequent lack of resolution and reimbursement for poorly executed work, as described by the customer, suggests potential challenges in addressing customer dissatisfaction and rectifying errors. This highlights the importance for potential customers to inquire about the specific technicians assigned to their vehicle and to thoroughly inspect work upon completion. The center's responsiveness to negative feedback and its processes for rectifying errors are aspects that, based on available information, may warrant further consideration for some customers.

Regarding promotional information, while specific current promotions are not detailed in the provided content, large service centers like Lazydays RV often engage in various marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. These can include seasonal service specials, discounts on parts, package deals for routine maintenance, or loyalty programs for repeat customers. Given its scale and association with a larger RV dealership, it's plausible that Lazydays RV of Tampa Service Center might offer bundled services or extended warranty options in conjunction with RV purchases or financing. They may also run campaigns through their website, social media, or direct mail, promoting their expertise in specific repair areas or showcasing their inventory of parts. Prospective customers are encouraged to visit their website or contact them directly to inquire about any current promotions or service packages that might be available.

Lazydays RV of Tampa Service Center Customer Reviews

This review is for Lori Thompson and her team in the service center. We live in the Motorhome for winter and were traveling from the Keys to Port Charlotte and got hit by a trucker coming out of a gas station. We were encouraged to get the rig to LD Tampa for the best Body shop repair service. Let me tell you, Lori and team did a fantastic job getting this MH repair scheduled and made sure all the parts were in stock before the MH was brought in for repair. Lori kept on top of all the repairs, insurance issues, and Us - all the while handling many other Customers and their issues. Lori and team thank you for truly caring! We have our MH back and it is beautiful! BnB-

Lazy Days, Tampa is probably a good place to buy from, but don’t get repairs done here. I took my camper here with a brake issue, somehow they wired the camper brakes to the headlamp of the vehicle So that when evening fell while driving, our brakes engaged with the auto head lights, and the brakes locked and began to burn so hot that hub the grease oozed out and one wheel blew off a hubcap. We had to do a quick fix with a four pin hauling kit in a Walmart parking lot to make it safely with lights, since it was dark. Also the wires were unsecured under the truck, one frying underneath the muffler. They offered to fix it when I got back, but since I don't want that kind of work repeated, I did not accept their offer. I asked for reimbursement for some of the work that was done so poorly. $0 has been offered, and I’ve been put into the “Ignore till he goes away” file. Two stars because Ashley was, at least, polite.

This place has some of the not well trained cashier and manager! Always come here and some of us that drives trucks want to take a shower and leave! I ask the ladie nicely and she comes out with a nasty attitude! Ladie please if you have that kind of behavior this is not the place for you! And she even had a training tag on. Nathan was manager on duty!

I would like to say my service advisor was Samantha she was absolutely great. She kept me informed on everything going on. And I even ask maybe I can get sooner but I didn't want them rushing tho. After couple weeks I get a call all finish. There installer for my slide topper soft start and had to have roof rails re sealed were perfect. Now biggest project was the slide floor had water damage because of bad manufacturing. After seeing old floor was just horribly installed first place with extra plywood on top they fully installed waterproof membrane bevel the edge going into rv and made repairs to wall that was the problem. Floor is alot stronger now and slide seems more level then it use to be. So whoever there cabinetry person I give you props. Thank you lazy day for calls hardwork and quick turn around

I can’t say enough about our service team at Lazydays. Our service advisor Mary Lou and our technician George went above and beyond to make our customer experience exceptional. We purchased a new pick up and needed to have the baseplate and braking system installed. They worked through a few hiccups and got us back on the road. I do not know how those amazing technicians work in that excessive heat and still maintain a positive attitude. Some of the changes Lazydays has made to the Tampa facility are not customer focused, especially for full timers, but that has not changed the customer service provided by their wonderful staff. We are on road again!
