Last Stop Auto Shop

As we live close by, we've passed this mechanic shop hundreds of times, so when a friend recommended them for some repairs we needed done, we decided to give them a shot. I called and explained what was going on with my daughter's car. Jason was super friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong. I scheduled an appointment to have the muffler repaired, rear brakes done and ended up having them replace the headlight bulb that decided to burn out the day before the appointment. Drop off was a breeze. I was called within two hours with a quote and he explained very thoroughly what issues he found with the car. He advised me of some items that will need attention in the near future, but that they didn't need done immediately. That honesty was appreciated and goes a long way. The work was done at a very fair price and my car was ready within a few hours. What I appreciated most about them was their efficiency with getting the work done, at a fair price and that they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a female. I will absolutely bring my cars to them anytime it's needed, in the future. I don't see myself using another mechanic from now on.

We'd recently moved into the neighborhood. My wife was driving along yesterday, in the middle of a cold snap in Winter. All of a sudden, the car just started sputtering, erratically running, was really low on power & idling extremely rough. I'd thought for sure she just got some bad gas, so I grabbed some Iso-Heet & filled the gas tank up with some higher test, name brand gas, but that didn't resolve the problem after running it around for an hour or so & it was almost as if it got worse. Then the check engine light came on & it really was running badly. Shortly after arriving at work this morning, I called Last Stop Auto Shop & am I glad I did. I'd read the reviews on this shop & honestly couldn't believe it had such good reviews. I mean in 2025, who gets good service of any kind, if you know what I mean? It turns out the car needed a coil pack, but of course I didn't know that when I called. Ron answered the call & said he wasn't sure they could get to it today, because they were pretty busy, but that they would try & let me know. I told him great, that my wife would be bringing the car by later this morning or early afternoon. My wife ended not getting there until around noon, so when I got a call at 3p, telling me the news that we needed a coil pack & that on top of that, Ron felt like he could get it done today before close & all at a reasonable price, I was shocked a bit. Certainly, we didn't expect it back within 3-4 hours, fixed & ready to go! The level of service, kindness & their happiness to not only help, but do so at a reasonable price was GREATLY appreciated! I cannot say enough about Ron & the Last Stop Auto Shop team. These guys actually give a damn, are down to earth, do great work & provide service, that frankly I thought had gone the way of the Do-Do! TL;DR - If I could give these guys SIX stars I certainly would. I'd recommend these guys to my own grandmother. If you need a trustworthy mechanic, who's priced fairly & really does great work, well look no further!!! You've found the place & it's a small, friendly, neighborhood shop called Last Stop Auto Shop. I will definitely be bringing all my auto work to this team without hesitation & you should too. Doesn't get much better than that folks!

Took my car here from a recommendation from my neighbor. Had brakes replaced and oil change performed. Super happy with quality of repairs and very fair pricing. My car was completed timely and I was kept informed throughout. What was super impressive is that I was provided with an invoice broken down with parts and labor which was explained to me line by line. Very nice touch and very professional. Highly recommend and will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

I will give you guys an honest assessment of Last Stop Auto Shop. The other day when my wife & I was at work she had a check engine light come on in her car. I live in Mogadore & I try to shop local for everything from groceries to auto repairs. I called 2 shops in Mogadore before Rons. One told me they couldn’t even look at my car for another 8 days. The other was kinda rude. I called Ron at Last Stop Auto Shop in a pinch 15 minutes before they closed. Ron stayed over late so we could drop the car off that night. He was honest & told us he couldn’t even look at the car for another day or 2. I was shocked when he called me the day before he told me he could look at it, telling me what they found & he explained what they found does to the car. I was able to understand. He actually ended up finishing the car a day earlier than expected & he stayed over late again so we could pick it up that night. He told us what else was going on with the car & what he would fix next. This is my new mechanic for life & I am a young 33. I will never go anywhere else. I appreciate him not trying to upsell me as well on other repairs. That was a nice bonus! I definitely recommend Ron & his team!!

Offered to test my alternator in the middle of my road trip despite being booked up and saved me from unnecessarily replacing it. Best auto service I’ve used, wish they were my local shop!
