So.... I'm not quite sure I believe any other reviews I've been reading. This fine young man came all the way to Green Bay to fix my disabled vehicle, so I wouldn't have to have it towed to a rip off shop. He was on time, was in steady communication with me, walked me through every step, and even used his own vehicle to go to the auto parts store twice because of unforeseen problems with the vehicle. He was polite and extremely professional . Not to save for the fact his prices were absolutely EXCELLENT! I'm 54 years old and I have found my permanent mechanic! THANKS SO MUCH ALEX!! See you in a few weeks for the brakes! TOP SHELF WORK!!

"First rate hack" the words an actual mechanic used to describe the work Alex did on my wife's vehicle. Was told he could rebuild the motor for half what anyone else would do it for. My wife and I were floored when we got the bill. Not too long after we got the vehicle back and properly broke in, we noticed oil and antifreeze on the garage floor. We took it to a local REAL CERTIFIED MECHANIC. Again, we were absolutely floored when he started rattling off the list of problems that needed correcting. The heads were not machined properly, hoses were leaking, broken bolts were left in place instead of extracted and replaced. After all was said and done, we stuck almost another $2200 into the motor after Alex was done with it. Not only will I not recommend this business, I will make sure as many people know about our experience with Last Chance Garage. You were given the opportunity to make it right and you chose to to rather go to court. Your choice, your loss.
