They’re always friendly, transparent, and most importantly, honest. Pricing is very competitive, and they are all about quality work. It's nice to know I have a top-notch repair shop I can count on near my house. I’ve never been pressured to do unnecessary work. I'm always given options and a breakdown of what is needed and what can wait. They must teach upfront and transparency 101. I would highly recommend Last Chance to anyone in the Plainfield Naperville area that needs a mechanic. They work on a bit of everything from what I have seen. I have a Buick Enclave, and they have done amazing work with my vehicle over the years. Yes, they are the best priced repair shop near me, but the team is also beyond friendly, helpful, and educational. I worked with Jamie this last round and she is absolutely all that and then some. She walks me through everything that needs to be done and what can wait in a most professional manner. Things get done on time when scheduled accordingly. I can not recommend this mechanic shop in Plainfield enough!!!
