LAS VEGAS COR Introduce

LAS VEGAS COR, situated at 3297 Las Vegas Blvd N # 53, Las Vegas, NV 89115, USA, appears to operate as an entity providing both auto repair services and potentially auto parts, aligning with the "Auto Repair Stations" category. This business has drawn attention from local users, though unfortunately, the available online reviews highlight significant concerns regarding its service quality and ethical practices. It is crucial for potential customers to be aware of this feedback when considering LAS VEGAS COR for their automotive needs.

Environment and Operations

As an "Auto Repair Station" located within a suite at 3297 Las Vegas Blvd N, LAS VEGAS COR likely operates from a dedicated garage or shop space. The address suggests it is part of a larger commercial complex, which is common for auto service businesses. The operational environment would typically involve bays for vehicle work, tools, and equipment necessary for various repairs. Given the nature of the complaints, the environment, while physically present, has been perceived as problematic by some customers due to the reported business practices rather than necessarily the physical setup itself.

The information available does not provide details about the specific size of the facility, the number of staff, or the general cleanliness and organization. However, the nature of the services described in the reviews (AC repair, battery sales) indicates that it functions as a typical local auto service provider, capable of handling common vehicle issues and part replacements.

Services and Goods Offered

Based on customer reviews, LAS VEGAS COR offers services and goods related to vehicle maintenance and repair. Specifically, the documented services include:

  • AC Repairs: One customer explicitly mentioned being charged for AC repairs. This suggests that the business undertakes diagnostic and repair work for vehicle air conditioning systems, which is a common service offered by auto repair stations.

  • Battery Sales: Another significant service, or rather a good sold, is car batteries. The review indicates that they sell batteries, though with severe allegations regarding the condition of these products.

Given that it is categorized as an "Auto Repair Station," it is reasonable to infer that LAS VEGAS COR would also perform other general automotive maintenance and repair tasks, such as diagnostics, fluid checks, brake services, and potentially minor engine work, although these were not specifically mentioned in the provided reviews. The business model appears to be that of a local garage serving individual vehicle owners.

Features and Customer Experience

The defining features of LAS VEGAS COR, based on customer feedback, unfortunately lean towards negative aspects:

  • Allegations of Shady Practices: A prominent review describes the "mechanic/owner" as "very shady and bad for business." This immediately raises concerns about the integrity and transparency of their operations. The specific complaint about being "charged me twice for AC repairs and didn't fix anything" points to a severe lack of effectiveness and potential deceptive billing practices.

  • Concerns over Product Authenticity: Another highly alarming feature is the accusation of "selling used refurbished batteries as brand new ones." This constitutes a serious claim of fraud, where customers are allegedly misled about the condition and value of the products they are purchasing. The detail of them "literally put stickers on old beat up batteries and saying that they new and charging new battery price" provides a vivid picture of the alleged deception.

  • Poor Customer Interaction: When confronted, the staff reportedly "started to be rude and offensive." This indicates a lack of professional customer service and a dismissive attitude towards legitimate customer complaints. Such behavior can significantly erode trust and deter future business.

  • Lack of Resolution: The customer who paid $300 for unfulfilled AC repairs described it as an "expensive $300 lesson," implying no resolution or refund was provided despite the service failure. This suggests a failure to address customer grievances satisfactorily.

In summary, the customer experience at LAS VEGAS COR, as detailed by these reviews, is characterized by allegations of deceptive practices, ineffective repairs, and confrontational customer service when issues are raised. These features present a significant red flag for any potential customer seeking reliable and honest auto services.

Promotional Information

Based on the extremely limited and negative information available from customer reviews, there is no discernible positive promotional information for LAS VEGAS COR. Unlike businesses that highlight special offers, competitive pricing, or quality guarantees, the feedback received suggests the opposite. The alleged practices, such as charging for uncompleted repairs and selling used goods as new, are counter to any ethical promotional strategy. Instead of positive promotions, the current public perception, based on the provided reviews, implies a business model that may prioritize short-term gains over long-term customer satisfaction and ethical conduct.

For any auto repair station, positive word-of-mouth and a strong reputation are invaluable promotional tools. In the case of LAS VEGAS COR, the existing online sentiment, as captured by these reviews, serves as a significant deterrent rather than a promotion. Customers are essentially being warned about potential risks rather than being invited by appealing offers or service guarantees. Without further information directly from the business or from a broader array of independent reviews, it is impossible to identify any standard promotional activities they might engage in, beyond the basic offering of auto parts and repair services. The prevalent "promotional" aspect derived from the available data is one of caution for potential customers.

The worst place you can buy parts and my worst experience today. Bought a starter from him last night to fix my wife's car and he gave me 1yr warranty knowing fully well it was a bad one indeed. Also told me to return it and get my money back if it's not good. I took it to my mechanic and watched him installed it very well. It was a very bad starter and couldn't start up my wife's car. I took it back to him right away only for him to start playing games saying it has some scratches, my mechanic broke this and that..... all lies. I insisted he must refund my money as he promised because i watched my mechanic installed it properly. He started promising to fix my old starter so i can forfeit my money or give me credit or just to give me half of my money back. I still insisted i want my full money back and nothing else. Four of them tried to shut me up by lieing against me that i was yelling and threatened to call the police on me thinking and scared of police. Never done nothing wrong by patronizing these liars. I still insisted i want my money back and told them to go ahead and call the police. He refused to call the police because he knew exactly what he was doing and i insisted he should call the police and if he doesn't do it, I will call police myself this time. I pulled out my phone to call police and he immediately dialed 911 and started lieing to the police against me. I still went ahead and called police and made my own report too. When police came he immediately refunded my money in full because he knew what he did. Is not about calling police bro but are you ready to cope with the legal cases after that.I just bought another starter from another shop and my wife's car is working perfectly now. Yes.... that's my experience with these liars. I will never ever recommend this to no one after my experience with them today.
