Today is Thanksgiving, so I want to give a shout out to Langlade Ford along with Mr Don Newton our salesman who sold us our Bronco. The experience was extremely professional, no pressure and easy. Over the past few weeks Don worked to locate the desired Bronco, yesterday we finalized the deal. They did a good job helping me find the vehicle I was looking for. It wasn’t located on the lot. They arranged for it to be delivered and my added accessories to be installed. The guy who helped me (Wyat) was very kind and easy to talk with. I never felt pressured to make a decision or sign any papers. I will definitely go again when I am in need of a new vehicle.

Was given salvage value for my car$4500, implying it was being scrapped. Shortly after that same car was on their lot for sale for $17995.Very dishonest! The same car had a recall and consumer alert that was never dealt with even though all service had been completed at Ford. The alert is what caused the engine failure. Ford's computer system shows all alert, recalls and services done so why were these ignored? Very disappointed with Ford. You have lost a customer.
