Lakeland Auto and Marine Introduce

In the vibrant local community, where vehicles on both land and water are essential, **Lakeland Auto and Marine** carves out a distinctive and highly valued niche. While operating under the broad platform category of "Auto Repair Stations," Lakeland Auto and Marine is far more than just a typical car repair shop. It stands as a comprehensive provider of parts and specialized services for a diverse range of applications, including automotive, marine, farm, and industrial needs. This multi-faceted approach makes them a unique and indispensable resource for a wide array of customers, from individual car owners to marine enthusiasts and industrial operators.

The environment at Lakeland Auto and Marine is a testament to its specialized and extensive inventory. Unlike a generic auto parts store, you'll likely encounter a facility that combines a well-stocked retail area with substantial warehousing space, allowing them to keep a vast array of unique and hard-to-find parts readily available. The storefront may feature displays of common automotive accessories, but the true depth of their offerings becomes apparent as you explore. Their parts department is often staffed by individuals with decades of experience, indicating a deep institutional knowledge that goes beyond simply looking up parts in a computer system. This suggests a more traditional, hands-on approach to parts sourcing, perhaps evident by the mention of catalogs dating back to the 1930s. Beyond parts, the service bays are equipped to handle a variety of specialized repairs. You might observe dedicated areas for marine engine work, alongside bays for automotive repairs. The overall atmosphere is one of expertise and resourcefulness, designed to cater to complex and specialized requirements that many conventional repair shops cannot address. Cleanliness and organization would likely be prioritized to ensure efficient service and proper handling of a diverse inventory.

Lakeland Auto and Marine, within its operational framework as an "Auto Repair Station," provides an impressively broad and specialized range of services and goods for sale. Their core offering includes an extensive inventory of **auto, marine, farm, and industrial parts**. This breadth is a significant differentiator. For automotive clients, they provide all the standard parts one would expect, such as **Wix Filters, Raybestos Brakes, Champion, AC, Autolite, and NGK Spark Plugs, TRW Chassis Parts, Delphi and Carter Fuel Pumps, Standard Ignition, Gates Belts, Hose, Thermostats, and Hydraulics, East Penn Batteries, Wolf's Head and Shell Rotella Motor Oils, Fel-Pro Gaskets, and BCA Wheel Bearings**. However, their specialization truly shines in their marine, farm, and industrial offerings. They are a **Crusader marine engines premier dealer**, maintaining a large inventory of genuine Crusader brand parts. They stock numerous **new and rebuilt starters and alternators** for various applications. For marine transmissions, they have parts on hand for Velvet Drive, Paragon, and ZF Hurth. They also offer **fuel pump kits for vintage marine engines** (AC and Carter pumps) and new and rebuilt marine raw water pumps, along with parts to rebuild Sherwood and Jabsco pumps. Their expertise extends to a large variety of **carburetor kits and parts** for Rochester, Holley, Carter, Ford, and Zenith. Beyond parts sales, their service capabilities are equally diverse. They offer **auto service, marine engine repair and service, and hydraulic hose fabrication**, with the ability to make custom assembly hoses while you wait. Their repair expertise spans gasoline and diesel engines, standard and automatic transmissions, heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, and exhaust systems. They also perform machine shop services, including cylinder head repair, flywheel resurfacing, crankshaft grinding, cylinder boring, and more, further solidifying their comprehensive repair solutions.

Several key features underscore Lakeland Auto and Marine's unique position and value to the community. Firstly, their **unparalleled experience and historical knowledge** stand out. With roots dating back to the 1960s, they possess the expertise to find parts and solutions that typical, computer-reliant parts stores might not. This deep historical catalog knowledge is a significant asset, especially for vintage and obscure applications. Secondly, their **multi-application inventory** is a distinct advantage, serving not just cars but also boats, farm equipment, and industrial machinery. This broad scope caters to a diverse customer base with specialized needs. Thirdly, their status as a **premier dealer for specific brands**, like Crusader marine engines, indicates a direct relationship with manufacturers and access to specialized training and parts. Fourthly, the ability to perform both **parts sales and comprehensive repair services**, including complex machine shop work and hydraulic hose fabrication, offers a convenient and integrated solution for customers. This eliminates the need to visit multiple vendors for parts and repairs. Fifthly, their reputation for **repairing and rebuilding components** like starters, alternators, and carburetors, rather than just replacing them, showcases a cost-effective and skilled approach. Lastly, customer testimonials often highlight their honesty and willingness to tackle issues that others might deem unfixable, particularly for older or specialized vehicles.

While specific, real-time promotional information for Lakeland Auto and Marine is best obtained by direct inquiry, businesses of their nature often utilize various strategies to engage customers. Due to their specialized inventory, promotions might include **seasonal discounts on marine engine parts** during the boating season or off-season deals on winterizing components. They might also offer **specials on specific lines of filters, oils, or brake components** that cater to both auto and marine customers. For their machine shop services, package deals for engine rebuilds or cylinder head work could be promoted. Given their extensive parts inventory, they may run "clearance" or "special buy" events on older or less common parts to move stock. Loyalty programs for frequent customers, perhaps offering discounts on parts or service after a certain number of purchases, could also be a possibility. For commercial clients with fleets of farm or industrial equipment, they might offer negotiated bulk pricing or service contracts. It's always advisable for local users to check their official website, contact them directly via phone, or inquire in person about any current sales, special offers, or new product arrivals that could be beneficial for their automotive, marine, farm, or industrial equipment needs.

In conclusion, Lakeland Auto and Marine transcends the typical definition of an "Auto Repair Station" by offering an extraordinarily broad and specialized range of parts and services for cars, boats, farm equipment, and industrial machinery. Their deep-rooted experience, comprehensive inventory, in-house repair and rebuilding capabilities, and commitment to serving diverse applications make them an invaluable and distinctive resource in the local community. For anyone seeking expertise in hard-to-find parts or specialized repairs across multiple vehicle and equipment types, Lakeland Auto and Marine presents a highly capable and reliable solution.

Lakeland Auto and Marine Customer Reviews

Received an email stating they only work on locals. Then no follow up. Michigan Motorz answered immediately and was very willing to help. 15k spent without hesitation because someone decided to listen and was willing to answer questions. Add: You asked where I was from, and then didn't respond. If you would have been descriptive in your email, like in this review, I would have completely understood! You brushed me off, and that isn't perception, that is reality! I have only left a handful of poor reviews to the 100s of good ones. A simple explanation, and giving someone 5 minutes of your time would have changed reality. I called and was told you don't respond to voicemail, instead email you.

We have been using Lakeland repair for years. One of the last mechanic shops that will diagnose a problem before just replacing parts.

Although I never met Chris Hamann, I did email communications. Chris took the time to guide me through the process of elimination of an electrical breakdown with one of my Chrysler marine engines. I have never had such a positive communication with a technician as I did with Chris. Chris is a true Gentleman! I would recommend anyone who needs assistance with your boat or automobile to contact Chris.

Took it in at 8am and I picked my car up before 2pm the same. Fast, easy and no hassle. Car runs like when first bought it!! First time using a mechanic instead of doing by myself so I'm not sure if price was good or not. Total parts were cheap and I thought labor was cheap for same day service. Didn't expect that!! I have another problem with car, I will take it right back there. I recommend them for sure. Lakeland auto is the place to get your car fixed
