Terrible customer service. I had originally called for truck side plow harness. Explained my set up on my first call. Got a call back the next day leaving a voice mail with a price of $975. Then I called them back and they explained to me that they wanted to see my truck too. So, I came in waited patiently for the parts department guy to come out to the truck and confirm all that they needed which was the exact same thing which was left in my vm. Parts guy handed it off to Bob and told him to order the following part numbers. I was told give them a few days. I waited 8 business days with no call back, so I called them back. Bob and the parts department had no clue what I was talking about and said they dropped the ball and apologized. They said they need to look into what happened and will call me back. A few hours later they said they still needed to order the parts and gave me a new Quote over $1100. When I asked why the difference in price they lied and said it's because it was after we looked at the truck there was more to order. First of, that's bullcrap because they couldn't even remember looking at my truck much less having a clue on what to order until I gave them my year, make, and model again. I then proceeded to explain everything they needed from what I remembered when I was in there with my truck. What they didn't know was I had the saved voicemail with the old quote which was exactly the same parts/harness I needed before. Nothing new was added as he explained for the reason for the difference in cost. Due to the bad customer service, forgetting/losing my order and not even a call back to tell me what was going on, I was already biting my teeth. When they told the lie, that was it. Instead of calling him out and getting into a pissing match, I just told him I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They probably didn't even remember they were to install the wire harness too once it came in. I was in and out with great customer service, installation elsewhere all within 3 days!
