Excellent people, great customer service. Could not recommend anyone a better transmission service. I went in for a diagnostic and feared my transmission would have to be rebuilt. They diagnosed my vehicle and sent me away without having to pay them a dime. They could have sold me a transmission rebuild or a new converter, and instead they sent me away with knowledge and advice. I cannot praise them enough, I was thoroughly impressed and if I have transmission problems in the future, this is the place to go.

Great customer service!! From the first time I called to completed and back to me. I immediately talked to Linda when I inquired after calling a few other places and she explained the process, the details, got us in a week and a half from phone call, and knew budget was a big concern. Scheduled an appointment after I asked a lot of questions and morning and the morning after I turned my van in I got a phone call and was told my transmission was tossed in the nicest way possible from Mitch and that I was looking at pricey price which was not surprised because I got told that would be an approximate price and was but was cheaper than other places. Well about a week into my car being there I get a courtesy call from Mitch that something is wrong with my oil pump and something else and it needs to charge more but got my approval for it without just doing it which I appreciated. I did say yes because it is for safety and my car life...but during the process got calls at where they were in the process from inspection, to parts being ordered, estimated date, and call when done. It was more but brand new transmission, fluid, oil pump, etc. and know my car drives like it's brand new and I will get another 100k out of my van. So thank you Mitch and Linda for your service. We feel confident using it for a long time. We plan on using you for future needs including the small things.

They were recommended to me and glad they were. Only had the car back 2 weeks so I can not comment on the longevity to their work, YET! They are very friendly and honest, both my father and brother when they were alive were mechanics, so when L&S explained what was wrong it was in terms anyone could understand. As this was the first time using them I checked around and everything they said was confirmed by others. I just recommended them to a co-worker that needs transmission work. Update 9/11/18 It's been a month now and the car is running like new. I would like to change my rate from 5 stars to 6 but the system will not let. If you need their services please use them, Let's work with our local business's.

Quick and friendly service. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and HONEST. That was the biggest thing for me. It seemed to me that he wanted the work to fix my transmission, but he was honest that his computer wasn't showing anything wrong with it.
