L.A. NTX Transmissions

Worst place I ever took my car. that guy is total rip off. And I regret the time I took my car there and I didn't advice anyone to take their car at that place ever.he didn't not accept any cards for paymeny at all he only except cash. Don't now why I don't even have any idea if his authorized to do that at all. When I drop my car of for services he informed me that it will take week in which I had to rent car to go back an forth to work. Which was lie he kept my car there for almost three weeks. You cant even trust any of the words he said once you drop your car off. He was minding his own personal matter instead of fixing my car on time while making way to many excuses which doesn't make any sense at all and to make it worse that its i was even charged 6000 beside our first agreement was 2000-3000 and he even got parking ticket twice on my car. I don't even had any experience like that in my whole life and I just won't to let anyone know where their heading to when you plan to take your car there for any services make sure you got all the details about any services and they also take cards for payment and how long will it tale to get it done any were you plan to take your car for services have great day to you all.

This is a poor excuse for a business rip me off. Never fixed or checked my transmission. And won’t answer no question. Very poor service. Don’t trust this company of guy

My experience with LA NTX was great. After repairing the first car, the owner called and asked that I bring the car in to make sure all was okay. I told him the car was driving great and still took it in. Now 2 years later my second car's transmission went out and we took it there. The owner kept in touch to give me play by play as to what as going on with the transmission. I saw the parts as well as have a photocopy of the actual part (s) as it was being repaired. They are honest, do great work, and the warranty. I would highly recommend dealing with LA NTX.

Very fair prices, Cesar knew so much about cars, transmissions that I asked him how long he'd been repairing them he said since a teenager and it shows.. truly a Master Transmission Specialist in this field! Awesome work ethic providing me a very smooth running transmission that he rebuilt from scratch basically. He will give you a few different avenues that are available to customers we worked with the budget I had and their prices are right in conjuction of all the other local shops but more on the fair side and not greedy. In addition he guaranteed his work(some 18 mos warranty some limited warranty) and I am very happy with the way my car runs. They also gave me the option to replace mine with a new transmission or a good used transmission. (different prices)Thank You Cesar and Sal this business is making profits but more importantly they are making friends and happy customers!!!

It’s sad that a business has to steal from people the way this place does. EVERYONE is going through rough times with this pandemic right now. My husband’s car needed repair and Sal said well have it ready by this date...nope he kept giving excuses why the was not ready and when we finally got an answer they told us the car needed all this other stuff. Pretty much took $600 to keep our car in their shop! They did nothing to the car and returned it extremely poor conditions. Another mechanic fixed my husband’s car and only charged him $250 for the labor! A good business ALWAYS underpromises and over delivers.
