Kykers Extreme Automotive Customer Reviews

My buddy went there the first week in December to have his Corvette work done. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable. Definitely have no complaints and we'll go back and use them again and again. The woman at the front was extremely professional and super attentive, and very nice. She was professional in a comfortable way. As soon as you walked in, she greeted us, at that point, I just knew my experience was going to be great. Very hard to find that nowadays. Kudos to her. We had a list of items that needed to be addressed. Not only were they addressed but everything was explained back to us in detail when we got a call back. I have not seen that type of thoroughness in quite a while anywhere. Thanks Kykers for the service you provide your customers, it really is very refreshing to know that my Corvette is in good hands. May you and your business have a good holiday and a very prosperous New Year. And thanks again.

I’ve been using Kyker’s for over a decade now, and they have NEVER done anything less than top quality work on my vehicles! Now I’m married and taking my wife’s car there because I trust Kyker’s with the safety of my family. I fully recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repair services. Big thank you to Dale and his team!!!

Took my car there for a radiator hose leak. I dropped it off on Wednesday evening with the appointment being on Friday, just in case they had a cancellation and they did! They fixed my car the next day, it was done before noon! And when they told me the total I had to ask them if they were sure because it was so reasonable! Definitely going to take it back if I have any more problems.

This review is meant as advice for anyone looking to have a restoration of their classic car . I spent $60K here to have my 1970 Dodge Dart totally restored. The work took 14 months to complete and I took the car home on a Thursday. I was able to drive it 60 miles before it quit running. The new crate 360 made an awful noise once you hit 60 mph and the graphic painted on the car had fingerprints in it. I called Dale and a year later I got the car back again. The car was repainted and the engine replaced due to a screw up by the manufacturer. When I drove the car now it ran very hot and the brake lines and the rear end still leaked. Once again the car was put on a trailer for repairs. A larger fan fixed the high temp and the leaks were somewhat fixed. 2 weeks later the fan went out and had to be repaired again . The next week the rear end was still leaking and was again put on a trailer and was finally not leaking . Just when I thought I was finally finished with repairs, the car lost all voltage and died again. I charged the battery and the car was good to go again. That is for 1 day. The following day I’m going 70 down the highway and now the fuel pump goes out. Once again on a trailer 7 weeks later and then back in my garage. By this point I had no confidence in the car going more than 20 miles or starting at all. I did exactly what I told Dale I would do and that was to sell the car. After almost 3 years of repairs and aggravation I was happy to sell my car for half of what I paid to have it done. It’s somebody else’s problem now. I have my 30k and a 30k loss too. The car literally cost me $100 per mile to drive. I was only able to drive it 600 miles. I made sure to let the buyer know the story of the car and they were okay with it at the $30k price. Hopefully they have better luck with it than I did. The car is in Washington state now. I don’t blame Dale and his shop for all of the problems. He didn’t build the engine or the parts that broke. Dale did more than most would have done. At least he stood by his work and word. My plan was to keep the car for 5 years or so and then sell it for the $30k. It just didn’t work out quite that way. If there’s one thing Dale and I agree on is we both wish we had never seen the car. Unless you are willing to risk constantly repairing your car and selling it for half of what you paid, I would think twice. I still have my reliable, inexpensive 58 Chevy to drive. I’ll always be reminded of the Dart when I look at the many fluid leak stains on the garage floor. This was meant as advice. Not to bash the business.

You can always tell a good shop by the way the techs care. This place is clean, organized, and well-equipped. That means the techs take pride in their work, which means they DO good work. Don't hesitate to trust them with your car
