At a time where most service providers are delivering substandard service, this place reminded me what awesome looks like. Got stuck in 71S tonight after work and these folks were recommended by a competitor that couldn’t respond in a timely fashion. The driver called me twice en route ensuring he knew where I was at, made sure I was safe while he loaded my car into the truck, and safely got me and my working car to the dealership. The driver was pleasant, kind, and efficient. Bravo to this company for having such a reliable employee!

Smooth & professional I called for a car tow and they arrived within 15 minutes. The driver was nice, funny, and quick. The tow fee was fair. Thank you, Kufners.

Called Kufner to schedule a tow from Cleveland to Stow for a non-running car. Truck (pretty sure that was their name?) gave me a very reasonable price, the driver called on their way to the pickup location and was extremely friendly and right on time. The company i used to work for used Kufner to transport rental forklifts locally, so when I had this scenario come up, I knew I could count on them. Highly recommend giving them a call if you're in need of a tow!

Overall excellent experience with Kufner. Was able to set up an exact pickup time for car to be towed, and driver pulled up 10 mins early at the exact time which we had arrived. Great customer service on the phone as well, super friendly and helpful, not to mention very reasonably priced and efficient. Will definitely recommend to others.

My driver/operator (#95) was awesome! tow date 1/16/2025 (from E. 55th street Marina) He was efficient, the truck was clean, he was super friendly and really turned what was looking like an insufferable day to a very pleasant experience. The skill with which he maneuvered the vehicle when we arrived at our destination was the best I've ever seen, very impressed. So sorry I didn't have cash to tip him.
