sloths at the front office.....my shop has been ordering them for years.....if you dont need a part fast this is your place.......if you go to the jamaica ny location good luck (forget the parking, its queens ny so you give everyone a pass for crappy parking...theres virtually none, but its ok...thats not what this review is about) the front office staff could care less about processing orders efficiently. i ordered a bracket (that rep told me they had in stock, i told them to pull it so my guy can go pick it up. my driver goes there and they tell him to wait 20 mins so they can pull it. also ive waited on line for a part, as soon as i got to the counter , guy stated " lunch time" with no coverage. ......they are horrendous.... attention management: have someone at the counter that can process orders quickly and accurately.

Great place prompt service you can order at the counter or by phone.if you go in person at the warehouse in Jamaica and order your parts they usually have it in stock if they don't they can order it for you its usually the next day they can have it sometimes 2 but its usually the next day ..they can deliver your parys anywhere you want.great service friendly guys ..5 stars ..as a rule of thumb ALWAYS check whatever you buy ,sometimes like a bumper cover or a fender or hood sometimes have little dings on them its no fault of KSI.they get damaged being shipped to the warehouse.but thats rare that an item is damaged..there is a return policy posted at the counter in the jjamaica location,if you return an item because its damaged or wrong part or whatever they will give you a refund..simple and easy..5 stars all around for KSI. !!.

order parts 8am and dont get them till the next day by 3pm . and when you call the staff dont care well we will not be buying anything from ksi. my shop spends a lot of money with ksi not anymore
