As a woman I have always felt uneasy about any vehicle issues & repairs being done on my vehicle. I have always felt like I was being deceived & charged more or charged for things that my vehicle did not need. From the moment I walked into this establishment I felt heard & respected. They explained any issues in detail followed by pictures & estimates that were easy to understand. They kept in constant contact with me on the repairs & length of time it would take to complete the repairs. What a stress free experience this was from start to finish. I will never go anywhere else. A 5 star review is not enough for the device & treatment that I received. A million thanks to all your staff. I would highly recommend this business to all my friends & family without hesitation

I recently had several services completed on my BMW at Kolben Auto. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Will was wonderful at providing explanations to me in layman’s terms so that I had a better understanding of the work that was to be performed. Great overall experience and would highly recommend.
