My fault for coming here after reading the latest reviews of them! I figured I needed my car fixed ASAP, and instead of waiting for parts to arrive to a different mechanic, I said let me go and sure pay a little extra. But when I get the call from the service advisor saying to fix the issue, it will be 3k for fixes I didn't request nor need. I came in about hearing a thumping sound coming from the front of the vehicle and the break pedal squeaking(I had put wd-40 before and issue resolved) but figured might as well get the part changed. Service advisor didn't explain anything on the call. And said $3k, we need to change control arms, front links and front break pads and rotors (keep in mind I had my all rotors and pads changed less then 6k miles ago). When I informed her I just need the thumping sound to go away she told me in order to do so we need to change the control arms and front links. She never explain if it's both or just one. And still, the amount for that was $2100. I said forget it paid for the diagnostic $200 plus tax and asked for the diagnostic paper. When to my surprised they try adding wheel aliment as well and was never mentioned during the call. Please do yourself the favor go to other Nissan service locations or private mechanics. I know they got budget number to hit but cheating your consumer isn't the way.
