My family is now experiencing issues with the FOURTH vehicle we have had serviced at this service center. Throughout my immediate family, we have individually purchased/ordered new and pre-owned vehicles from the Kocourek Chevy Dealership. The purchasing for each vehicle was always an enjoyable experience, and our sales person made sure each of our wishes were accommodated. Hence the two stars, the customer sales part is great. But then enters the service center and all reputation is thrown out the window. We each have had our vehicles serviced here with in the last year. We all got standard services such as oil changes, new tires, minor mechanical issues. All reported to be covered under warranties purchased with the vehicles. Each of us have experienced horrible mechanic service, stress and had to pay hundreds of dollars just to get our vehicles out of the place, still not repaired, and fixed elsewhere. Based upon the reasons and excuses we have each been given for the various alleged issues with our vehicles, I would guess they have one guy in the back who types in the car make and model and the customers complaint or issue into ChatGPT and they just repeat that to the “advisors”. It’s bizarre the issues they’ve come up with, and scandalous how much they try to get away with.

I had a very odd issue with my truck that put it in a reduced power mode. Molly Lang (service advisor), AJ Koch(shop manager), and Bryan Rassmusen (technician) all did a phenomenal job diagnosing the truck offering the correct repair and getting it done in a super timely fashion. They also went above and beyond to make sure when I got my truck back that I wouldn't have to bring it back. When AJ called me to let me know the truck was done he asked to keep it for a few more days as there was a new recall that came out the day I dropped off the truck to be fixed. AJ and his team put in the grind and hustle to get the extra work completed at no extra cost to me. AJ, Molly and Brain are vital parts to this operation and keep the wheels going while maintaining a high customer satisfaction which at times can be a job in and of itself. Thank you again to you 3. You guys are awesome!
