I asked around where should I get my exhaust leak fixed ... the car was very loud. A neighbor suggested a place in Ann Arbor. Others suggested Kitley's. I work in Stockbridge, so I thought, "Why not keep it local?" I'm very pleased. Ken could have said I needed something expensive, but he didn't. He repaired a connection with the catalytic converter and patched a second area. I forgot how quiet the car could be. 5 stars for Kitley's Custom Exhaust and Auto!

Excellent service from this company!! We are in Michigan visiting family, traveling from Georgia. Our Jeep overheated right near Kitley’s and Ken came to our rescue within 10 mins of calling him, towed our vehicle himself and gave us shelter while we waited for someone to pick us up and repaired our vehicle in less than 24 hours!! God Bless this man for being so kind, prompt and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend this company for automotive repair!!

Took my car there for dual exhaust. It's custom alright, pipe by the manifold is kinked in on driver side and hang lower then passenger side. Passenger side pipe was a 1/8 inch off the transmission pan. And the tail pipe looks like a snake. Ken's response was the pipe bender kinked the pipe and I'll pry it away from transmission. What a joke, I wish I could post pictures, never seen a 10 piece exhaust before, looks like he used all the scarp pieces he had laying around. For having over 20 years of experience, it looks like a beginner did it.

I have a 21' bass boat and the back cross member on the trailer broke in half. I am headed up to Drummond Island next week and the thought of towing it 6 hours and disaster striking was scary, to say the least. I had several people I know look at it and they thought that it could not be easily fixed. I found Kitley's and saw that they are a welding shop so I took it there. I had an unbelievably great experience! They got it in and fixed for $200- WAY below what I expected it to cost and WAY ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend this shop enough- they have earned my business for life.
