I love this place. I think I got the recommendation from the old CarTalk forums about 20 years ago as someone fair and honest. I totally trust Mike to do what is right for my car -- he never does work that isn't needed, his prices are fair, less than half of what a dealer or big place like Midas charges for the same work. (I recently had to use Midas to get front brakes done when travelling, and the price was more than double what Mike just charged for both sets). Usually I can drop my car off in the morning without an appointment, hop on the Green Line station right next door to get to work, then pick up in the afternoon.
