Kingdom Tires Complete Auto Care, located at 5690 Simmons St #102, North Las Vegas, NV 89031, USA, operates within the broad "Auto Repair Stations" category, specifically focusing on tire sales and related automotive care. While the name suggests "Complete Auto Care," the provided reviews heavily emphasize tire services, indicating this as their primary specialization. This establishment is accessible via phone at (702) 485-1233, and mobile at +1 702-485-1233, positioning itself as a local option for tire needs in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
The environment at Kingdom Tires Complete Auto Care, as a business within the "Auto Repair Stations" category with a focus on tires, would typically consist of a functional workshop area equipped for tire services. One would expect multiple service bays with tire mounting and balancing machines, air compressors, and tools necessary for tire repairs and replacements. There would likely be an inventory of tires, including both new and used options, displayed or stored on site. While the reviews do not detail the aesthetics of the waiting area, a standard auto service facility usually provides a basic customer waiting space, potentially with seating. The overall environment would be geared towards efficiency in performing tire-related tasks. Given the critical feedback regarding pricing, the operational environment is one where transactions, particularly concerning costs, are a point of contention for some customers, regardless of the physical setup.
The primary services and goods offered by Kingdom Tires Complete Auto Care revolve around automotive tires. These services would typically include **new tire sales** and **used tire sales**, catering to different budget requirements. They would also provide essential tire services such as **tire mounting**, **tire balancing**, and critically, **flat tire repair**. The reviews explicitly mention a customer needing a "flat fixed" and another needing "one used tire," confirming these as core offerings. Given the "Complete Auto Care" part of their name, one might also expect basic automotive maintenance services like **tire rotations**, **tire pressure checks**, and potentially **basic brake inspections** or **fluid checks**, although the customer feedback heavily points towards tire-specific interactions. The presence of both new and used tire options means they aim to provide solutions across various price points, though their execution on pricing is a key area of customer feedback.
Several key features of Kingdom Tires Complete Auto Care are highlighted by the customer reviews, both positive and negative. On the positive side, one customer describes an individual associated with the business as a "Really nice guy," suggesting that **personal interactions with staff can be friendly**. This human element can sometimes contribute positively to the customer experience. However, the overwhelmingly dominant feature derived from the feedback is a significant concern regarding **pricing**, perceived by customers as excessive or unfair. One customer felt "$40 bucks" for a used tire was "too much," especially when they found two used tires elsewhere for $60. Another customer was charged "$25.00" for a flat tire fix and strongly states, "I will never go there for anything. If they overcharge me then that means they will do the same to anyone if they have the opportunity. I do not recommend this place." This consistent feedback points to a feature where **customers perceive their pricing as non-competitive or even exploitative**, particularly when compared to alternatives in the local area (Dr. Auto, Firestone). The implication is a lack of transparency or justification for their costs, leading to customer dissatisfaction and a strong recommendation against using their services for value reasons. This perceived high pricing is a critical feature that defines the customer experience at this location.
Regarding promotional information, in a competitive market like auto care, businesses often rely on promotions to attract and retain customers. However, given the severe negative feedback on pricing, any traditional promotional efforts by Kingdom Tires Complete Auto Care would likely be overshadowed by current customer perceptions. While a business might typically promote aspects like "friendly service," "wide selection of tires," or "quick flat repairs," the primary challenge for this business, based on the reviews, is convincing customers that their pricing is fair and competitive. To counter the negative sentiment, direct promotional strategies would need to focus heavily on **demonstrating value and transparency in pricing**. This could involve: **Clearly advertised price lists** for common services like flat repairs and used tires. **Price matching guarantees** against local competitors. **Special introductory offers** on new or used tires that are genuinely competitive. They might also need to rebuild trust through **community engagement** or **partnerships that offer tangible benefits** to customers. Without addressing the core issue of perceived overcharging, traditional promotions might be ineffective. The existing reviews, in essence, serve as negative promotional information, actively discouraging potential customers and advising them to seek alternatives. Therefore, any future promotional strategy would need to explicitly tackle the pricing issue head-on to change customer perceptions and avoid further negative word-of-mouth.

Really nice guy, but I only needed one used tire. $40 bucks I felt like it was too much. $65 for a new one. Ending up going somewhere else. Got 2 used tires for $60 bucks.

I needed a flat fixed. It was the only place open. They charged me 25.00. I will never go there for anything. If they overcharge me then that means they will do the same to anyone if they have the opportunity. I do not recommend this place. Go to Dr. Auto. It's a half a block away and they do not rip people off. There is also Firestone 2 blocks away. Either would be safer.

Rarely have the size that I am looking for when it comes to used tires and I have been going to them for a couple of years, even when they were a couple of suites away in the same shopping center.
