I have been using Jon for years due to my dad being a long time customer of his. Never had an issue until now. Took my car for a alternator replacement at the end of March 2025. Noticed 2 weeks later my ac was now blowing hot air. I've had the car a year at this time and ac was working fine. I took the car back and Jon told me it just needed to be charged. But I was told when I picked it up from the alternator repair that he had to move the ac to access the alternator. So ok, no biggie, he charged it and I paid him. 2 weeks later the ac is blowing hot again. I take it back now he is saying there is a leak and charged me 400 dollars to fix it. When the problem was caused by him. No one has touched my car but him. Jon has become careless with his work. And it's just funny how the ac stopped working after he moved it. But no accountability was taken by Jon, he insisted that it just happens. When he showed me the piece he replaced on the ac, the part looked brand new. Not in need to be changed. Don't take your car here unless you don't mind paying for extra repairs that the mechanic created himself.

I've been going to this mechanic for over 15 years and he never disappoints. He's very professional and always does a great job. Out of all the people I've referred to him, they never came back dissatisfied with his services. His shop is always clean and I never have to wait long for my car to be ready. John is the man!

My husband took his car to King’s Auto Tech because he noticed something amiss under his car. The owner, John, was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. Since it didn’t take much time, the amount he charged my husband was very reasonable. He was honest and did not try to inflate his service or charges. John was very respectful of my husband’s car and his shop is extremely clean and well kept. We are so happy that we were recommended this auto repair shop. You can be confident to get the best service and an honest price from this establishment!
