The service and staff at Kidd Collision is absolutely fantastic. John took me through the whole process step by step, helped schedule the claims adjustor meeting, guided me through insurance pitfalls and reviewed all the work in detail. The price was competitive, the work fast, efficient, professional. There was great communication along the way letting me know how the process was moving along. I highly recommend using Kidd for anything auto body related, and will 100% use them again if the need arises.

I have nothing but positive things to say about John and the team at Kidd Collision. John was extremely helpful and communicative from the moment I showed up for an estimate to when I left with the car. He helped guide me through the process with the at fault driver's insurance company and repaired the car flawlessly in a timely manner. What's more satisfying than the repair job itself is knowing I've finally found a shop I can put my trust in to get the job done right the first time.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with KIDD Collision twice. Both times John and his crew did a beautiful job! The work is excellent, the progress updates were a pleasant surprise and the price very fair especially given the quality of work and service.
