Dropped off my vehicle with electrical issues. To diagnose the problem, it took the service department two full weeks. After receiving the diagnosis and their near $8,000 quote to fix the issue, I denied the service and decided to get a second opinion. In my line of work, I am fortunate to work with many technicians, all of whom suggested that I look elsewhere. I’m glad that I did. Turns out, their 2 week long $800+ dollar diagnosis was incorrect. Avoid this service department when it comes to issues/services outside of a routine oil change or tire rotation and balance. During a time of stress, all they care about is securing your hard earned dollars. Anyone who goes here with little to no knowledge of vehicles, be VERY careful. They will try to suck every penny out of you that they can.

I always bring my Kia soul in for servicing and Dale is always friendly and courteous. They keep you informed of any recalls to your vehicle as well as any needed work done on your vehicle. Excellent service. I'm back again for service on my Kia, and as always the customer service department is professional and courteous.

In January of 2024 we had our check engine light come on after moving cross country to TN. We immediately got in with the service team at KIA of Murfreesboro. Unfortunately we had delayed some maintenance which resulted in our engine needing a full replacement. Given the current recalls on Kia engines supply was very low. Kia worked with us to not only get us a long term loaner car but to also minimize the financial impact. Karly was amazing to work with and was our primary contact throughout the entirety of the process. She kept us updated on the status of our car & ensured we were able to knock other maintenance items while it was in house including tires & brakes. We were extremely lucky to have had her to work with throughout the process. The engine was finally replaced the end of July with no issue. We are back now getting the coolant system looked at and the entire team has been great to work with while we determine what root cause is.

Not only are they skilled, they have the best customer service and have worked so well for me whether it was a car issue or just purchasing new tires and other parts for my Kia. The level of customer service is lacking. Front desk gal Karlee B was quite rude both in person and on the phone. Kia - get better summer help. Other folks in the service center were unhelpful as well. Everyone wanted someone else to answer questions, no one knew and no one could provide insight. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. The saving grace for this service center was Trace. (Hence the second star rather than just one). A kind and professional human who cares about doing good work. I was hoping to purchase a new car from this dealership, but I will not be returning due to this experience with the service center.
