This used to be one of my favorite locations but now most definitely not recommended. Workers need to have better work ethics and maybe trainer. I am very disappointed at LKQ of Tucson location. The local drivers that do their meet in Lordsburg are by far the most unsafe drivers I have ever seen, not only do they push u off the road all while flashing highs at all vehicles on the road, when they drive into the flying j in Lordsburg they do at speeds extremely unsafe for the lot. They have come so damn close to hitting me on many occasions while I walk thru the lot, and getting a hold of any one in the office to talk to is impossible!

This is not intended to be a review of the Tucson location but of the one in casa grande. But for some reason I'm unable to access their reviews page through Google so I'm posting it here. I just recently purchased two seats from the casa grande location and it was probably one of the most unprofessional purchases I have made. So to start off when I made the purchase I have to have the seats shipped to Tucson to the LKQ location here. Sales representative told me that's not a problem got all my information made the payment and told me that the seats would be ready Friday. Friday comes along he calls me and says they're ready to go so I go down to pick them up and the seats are not here in Tucson they're in Phoenix. So now not only are the seats not here in Tucson but if I was to go pick them up it just doubled my driving time on how far I would have to go to pick these up. I called the original sales representative and never received a call back from him. So I then called again and just spoke with whoever answered and ask him what was going on and she told me that she would check into it and when she got back on the phone she told me yes these seats were scheduled to be delivered to Tucson but got shipped to Phoenix instead. And I asked her how this could be and she could not offer an explanation only thing she could say was I would have to wait until Tuesday now to receive my seats because they're not open on Monday. And throughout this entire conversation not once did anyone offer an apology or anything in regards to their mistake that they made. Nor did they even seem to care that it happened as a matter of fact I had stated that to the female representative I basically said it seems as though you really don't care at all and I can definitely tell just through the tone of her voice she really didn't care. So needless to say, LKQ if you are the last company on Earth that has the part that I need for my vehicle I would rather sell the vehicle than purchase another part from you!! And just to be clear as I stated this is not against the Tucson location I've always had great experiences when going to the location here in Tucson never an issue whatsoever friendly courteous staff as well. Not too sure what's going on in casa grande though completely different.

Been buying parts from these guys for almost 20yrs and we're done! Very rude and unprofessional reps taking orders. Lie about pricing and mislead about delivery times. Very poor effort, fellas!!

Hardly answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never pick up and the pricing is horrible dealt with LKQ up in Waco Texas never had a problem with them or their prices this place I don't know what's going on with this place
