Kenzell's paint & bodyshop Introduce

Located at 518 Depot St in Shelbyville, TN, **Kenzell's Paint & Bodyshop** operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, specifically specializing in the aesthetic and structural restoration of vehicles through paint and bodywork. For local users in Shelbyville, this establishment offers services aimed at repairing cosmetic damage, refreshing vehicle appearances, and undertaking more extensive restoration projects.

The environment at Kenzell's Paint & Bodyshop appears to be characterized by a highly individualized approach to automotive care. Based on customer feedback, the operation seems to be run by a dedicated individual who personally invests in each project. While details about a formal waiting area or typical shop amenities are not provided, the essence of the environment lies in the direct interaction with the owner. One customer describes an experience where the individual "works alone" and "puts his heart in to it," suggesting a hands-on, personalized, and passionate approach to every car. This kind of setup often means a focused workspace where the primary emphasis is on the craft of paint and bodywork, rather than a large, bustling commercial setting. However, it is also important to note that direct engagement and a potentially singular point of contact may lead to varied experiences, as reflected in the contrasting reviews.

Kenzell's Paint & Bodyshop primarily offers **paint and bodywork services**. This encompasses a range of solutions for vehicles that have sustained collision damage, require rust repair, or simply need a fresh coat of paint or custom finish. While the specific menu of services isn't detailed, the mentions of "next project" and an "87 F150" suggest a capability for both standard body repairs and potentially more intricate **restoration projects** or custom paint jobs. These services typically include dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, priming, painting, and clear coating to restore a vehicle's exterior to its original or desired condition. Their work aims to address both aesthetic imperfections and structural integrity compromised by damage, ensuring the vehicle not only looks good but also maintains its safety standards. The commitment to delivering on agreed-upon timelines, as highlighted by one customer, indicates an effort towards efficient project management.

The features of Kenzell's Paint & Bodyshop that stand out are largely tied to the **personal dedication of the individual** running the operation. The positive review emphasizes a "humble spirit" and a strong work ethic, where the individual "puts his heart in to it" for every task. This personal investment can translate into a highly customized and attentive service, where specific customer requests are met with meticulous care. The reliability in meeting appointment timelines, where work "will be done" as promised, is another positive feature, crucial for customers planning their vehicle's downtime. This suggests an organized approach to managing individual projects. However, it is essential to consider the contrasting feedback as well. A review describing the experience as "disappointing," "dishonest," and "unreliable," and where agreed-upon terms were not fulfilled, highlights the variability that can sometimes occur in such personalized operations. This suggests that while a singular focus can lead to exceptional results for some, consistency in communication and delivery might be areas where experiences differ.

From a promotional standpoint, Kenzell's Paint & Bodyshop relies heavily on its local presence and direct customer interactions. The positive testimonials, focusing on the individual's dedication and quality of work, serve as powerful word-of-mouth marketing, especially for custom projects or restorations. The mention of an "87 F150" project being "on the look out for" generates curiosity and showcases the shop's capability for specialized vehicle work. The phone number, **(931) 639-1021**, and mobile number, **+1 931-639-1021**, provide direct communication channels for customers to inquire about services, discuss projects, and schedule appointments. For those seeking a highly personalized approach to their vehicle's bodywork and paint needs in Shelbyville, Kenzell's offers a unique option, though potential customers should consider the range of past customer experiences when making their decision.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Kenzell’s Paint and Bodyshop. I found them to be dishonest and unreliable. Although I didn't ask for any repairs, they still fell short of my expectations and didn’t fulfill what was agreed upon. I wouldn't recommend this shop if you're looking for trustworthy service.

If you don't mind runs, trash and orange peel in your paint after you paid extra for wet sand and buff, this is your guy. Not to mention parts falling off of my car I had to repair myself. I don't know if this is his skill level or negligence. In hindsight I should have gone to another paint shop.

Very bad work, also did not fix what he was paid to fix ( still haven't reimbursed me). This has turned into a nightmare for my vehicle.
