I have been getting my car serviced here ever since moving to the area, everything from oil changes to minor repairs. I recently had to go in for a rather hefty one; a master cylinder replacement. I never expect car services, big or small to be be very easy on either side of the fence. It was explained to me that this is no easy repair and that it would take about 2 full days. Mike Ash was my service rep, and he kept me updated every step of the way. He informed me on day 2 of the repairs that they ran into more issues than they originally anticipated and were sent the wrong parts. Mike understood that it was an inconvenience for me to begin with and further understood that the repairs taking longer than promised became even more inconvenient for me. He made it all right with a fair price as well as lending me a car to drive during the extended time they needed to finish the job. Mike Ash is a great service rep and I would recommend him and his team to anyone, especially if you drive a Toyota. My car’s brakes feel better than ever. I will definitely be returning when the next problem presents itself.
