Awesome service!!! Needed two tires mount and balanced, also an alignment. I have offset rims/wheels on my vehicle. They matched the color of weights for the wheels and took care not to destroy them when doing the work, unlike other places I've been to. I really appreciate it! Born and raised in Greenville. I KNOW they have been here for awhile and that they will try their best to do great work! Stay local!!

Made an appointment with a receptionist named Michele two weeks ago. She stated she had scheduled my appointment. The day of my appointment, I called to let Kellers Korner know that I will be coming. A man answered the phone claiming that there was no appointment made for that day with my name. He put in my first name and my last name and could not find an appointment for me. When I stated that I spoke with a women through the phone and made an appointment with her, he claimed that he spoke with two of the women at the shop who claimed they had not made an appointment with me. Later, I was put on the phone with one of them to make an appointment and asked if they knew anyone with the name Michele. The lady stated that was her. When I told her she was the one who I made the appointment with, she proceeded to give me an attitude. When I asked to make an appointment, she claimed that she cannot do that and hanged up the phone on me . That was terrible customer service! If you make an appointment with Keller Korner make sure your appointment is confirmed or that you speak with someone else about making an appointment.

Wonderful experience! Had a blowout this morning on the way to work, not far from their location. Gave them a call after getting the spare on to see about pricing and if they'd be able to work on it today. The price for 2 tires was very reasonable, and they said they'd be able to fit me in by lunch. It took less than 30 minutes! I could've easily just waited, but I opted to ride back over with coworkers for lunch at Tommy's (in the same building). Quick service and yummy lunch, both at a great price!

Came for a tire rotation and they discovered my wheel lock key was missing. Was able to go buy the key and came back and they serviced me quickly. Very friendly people and a great price for my tire rotation. Also a very sweet dog in the waiting area which was a plus! Will definitely return to Kellett’s!
