Just picked up my vehicle this past week after having an accident with a deer. Jordan initially was the person I spoke with and he was great! He set me up with the rental and made sure the insurance took care of the damage. Car looks great and couldn’t be happier. I called a few times while my car was there getting fixed and every person that answered the phone was attentive and always friendly. Anthony was there when i picked up the vehicle and everything was smooth and quick! Overall a great experience from beginning to end. Its hard to find a car shop that treats you this nice. Having an accident and dealing with insurance is already stressful enough im glad that Keller didn’t add more stress to the plate. Highly recommend this place! Thank you again

Great shop. Cindy, Destiny and Anthony will keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle. They are very detail orientated to insure that the insurance carrier pays for a job done with BMW parts and it come out prefect. Dealing with insurance carriers can be difficult and can take time, so it may take awhile but in the end you will be very happy with the results.

Completed the work ahead of schedule and worked directly with my insurance company to adjust the estimate and get paid directly by the insurance company. Finished work was truly exceptional - great attention to detail, especially fit and finish and quality of the paint work. Very customer-focused and kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent.
