This tire shop is exceptional. The staff are honest and always willing to help. They’re available for emergencies after 6 PM, essentially offering 24-hour service. Highly recommended!

We were towed here by J&D Joshua's towing. We had speculated that there was a faulty spark plug. As soon as the ran diagnosis it was confirmed. They replaced all of our spark plugs and even made the 30 minute drive to the nearest open parts store. Upon replacement of spark plugs our vehicle unfortunately did not start running back to normal. They ran another diagnostic to find out a cylinder was not firing. Unfortunately there was nothing more that they could do. However they did help us get our bearings as far as recommending a nearby hotel and possible solutions to help us get home. Long story short. We were in a vulnerable position and essentially stranded. They could have taken advantage of that and there are those mechanics who would. But these guys treated us very fairly and honestly. Thanks to the guys at KC Tire Service!!

0 stars. Car broke down on highway was towed to their shop to be repaired. Was told my battery was bad. I asked if the alternator was bad and they said it was fine, “the problem was my battery.” After the new battery was installed, later down the road my battery light came back on and I broke down again. Had a different mechanic come out, and told me the alternator was very bad. He replaced it and everything was fine. KC tire mechanic charged 425 dollars for an issue that was probably not needed!! I understand they are a tire shop, but they could’ve turned me away if they were unable to fix my car.

Amazing service here! My car recently broke down on the highway nearby, 3 hours from my home and I managed to tow it to this shop. They let me store the vehicle free of charge till I could manage a way to grab a trailer and come pick it up days later! They even dropped me off at the hotel nearby! Super great people working here who truly care about others and not just customer, but everybody they can help. -Cameron
