Let me start off by saying I’m not 100% knowledgeable about cars but everywhere I called was appalled that he did a brake job and didn’t tell me anything about replacing my rotors. I paid $240 total for the front and the back brakes. My car is still shaking every time I brake. I called KC to explain to him the problem he told me that I had to pay an additional $60-$70 each side to fix my rotors but then when I went to him in person so I could possibly get the job today he switched up on me and said it’s going to cost me $75-$80 per side. Come to find out I didn’t even need a brake replacement I actually needed new rotors. If he’s so knowledgeable and has decades of experience, why didn’t he explain to me I need to also replace my rotors instead of telling me I need to break my brakes in by driving over 100 miles? Then told me that my rotors were fine when they were warped. I will NEVER comeback this man is a liar and a thief How are your prices fair when your charging me more than the dealership

KC is extremely knowledgeable and the highest class of customer service I've ever had. When you're stuck on the other side of california with a car that is giving you trouble and you're all alone, having a business owner like KC be the one to help you is what you want. I recommend this shop over and over again to anyone. He's the real deal.

Car Issue: My ‘08 Toyota Corolla’s right front brake would rumble when I braked. After KC took a look at it, turns out the rotor was warped and brake pads were worn out. KC Auto Repair resurfaced rotors and put on new ceramic brake pads on my front brakes. $145. Another auto repair shop in Long Beach asked for $280. The work was done in about 40 minutes. I was impressed with the owner’s knowledge and diagnosis of what required fixing. Oil change $25. I plan on returning for an oil change.

Kc was supposed to close and he took us in and helped me change the brake pads and it was baddd I 100% recommend coming here he gives very cheap prices and will work with you
