This place gets 5 stars for several reasons. Currently, at average 4.7 stars. When checking reviews I usually want to see a couple good reviews but more so the negative reviews to see if this place is even the place I want to step foot in. In saying that, I saw a review that said I saw a review that said, “it took a month to repair”. From a consumer prospective this is considered a long time; however, sometimes parts do take a while to order consider can be a special/ specific part, so these types of incidences wouldn’t deter me from choosing this specific place. There was another customer that mentioned it took a while for them to attend to her needs. While this may be true, I go with this in mind similar to when I go to urgent care or emergency room ( it can be an all day thing) so I plan ahead and drop the car off. Mechanics have others to service before I arrive. Checking most of the review I saw that there were excellent in service, family oriented and effective. None of these will deter me from entering any mechanics place of business due to the explanation I gave. I decided to check it out to service my vehicle. I came in to check my Silverado 2020 2x2. I was greeted by Art, he asked me questions about the issues I am having. Gave him a brief description which was “ I was feeling a slip in gears one and two”. He asked for a test drive for approximately five minutes Yu. He educated me on something’s specifically about my car. Ultimately, there was nothing for me to do. Apparently, vehicles are conducting themselves to change based on specific driver. It is good to mention I came early when the shop opened. Next time I will come later in the day and post a review. I do have another vehicle to service.

This place is wonderful I got my car fixed here twice and my oil changes. Art is wonderful so reasonable he really looks out for the best interest in his customers he really takes care of your car and gives yu a piece of mind that everything will be to your satisfaction he is now my mechanic I'm not going anywhere else .

Been coming to this place since 2006 when I bought a car from DriveTime. Always great service, give accurate updates and most part I love most “NEVER HAVE TO COME BACK A SECOND TIME FOR THE SAME ISSUE”. Fix once and only once. No scammers here, as they inform you of other potential problems that may occur. I can leave my car in peace knowing it’s being well maintain and care for. I’m a dealer going kind of guy but if I had to majorly come out the pocket for work I know they can do, I’m comfortable bring my car to them. Don’t let the name full you. They just don’t speacialize in only transmissions. There’s a variety of services they do. I’m glad Drivetime referred me to them.

I am so thankful to Art for his tremendous help!! He got my baby Honda civic hybrid up and running when the transmission belt had broken and it wasn't drivable at all. Its functioning great so far and he did it in a timely and cost effective manner! HUGE THANKS 😊 🙏 Especially because a lot of the other places I called didn't wanna mess with a hybrid transmission issue, but he did an excellent job, i absolutely recommend him!
